Because maintenence is boring I figured I'll open myself up to a bunch of random questions. Ask me shit and I'll answer your questions. In-game mostly, but outside the game is sorta ok too. Only rules:

1) No stupid questions (I decide what's stupid and what isn't.)

No, I stopped playing Jadey because I just kinda ran out of things to do on Monk. I still use her to farm/help people out with stuff but I never merit and only XP when my buffer gets low from me doing stupid shit like getting aggro in Eldeime because I'd never gone too deep in there and had no idea you could fall through the graves by the avatar gates.

I suppose if I ever get into Dynamis/Sky/HNM stuff again I'd have fun with the job, but to do THAT I need to get NIN and WHM to 37 and I don't know if I could stomach doing either of those jobs in the near future.

Absolutely. He fucked up Prior and Wood by overusing them and his managing style didn't fit with the team after 2003.

for chocobo digging do you know if it's skill ups by zone or can i just sit in one zone witgh billion of stacks of greens digging away contently and gain skill levels?

The current theory is that as long as you COULD dig something up in a zone, you have a chance for skillups. If the zone's totally exhausted you wouldn't get shit anyway and therefore won't skill up. If you're just starting, take 5 stacks of greens with you every time you go XP and you should hit a level within a few weeks/months without too much strain on getting to your camp with the rest of the group.

I personally don't do the Strange Apparatus but I've heard with Doctor status you get better drops from it. Overall it seems like a waste of gil but if you want to gun for Arcane Flowerpots it's probably your best bet.
