Im complainin about alotta things here...

Im so sick and tired of things anymore. I always ignored things other people had probs with and got through it. and ive been one damn lucky player up until latley.

Im gonna go through everything i can think about over the past year that ive never talked about.

Why is it when someone schedules a big mission or event that i need and sign up for, they can never keep it. Yeah RL stuff may come up but i hate to come onto here and read "its cancelled cause i already did it last week, infact i did like 5 missions past it". Then the person waits till the last day, when your all prepared and bought the needed materials to say its cancelled. BS. im tired of shitty organizers.
I had sandy mission 8-1 cancelled on me 5 times. 4 by the same damn person.
And when i scheduled it and PROMISED it would get done. no one wanted to sign up.
I had to wait till i met someone in game who needed it, then it took us two nights and many hours to get people to come.

IF your gonna schedule something STICK TO IT or cancel it ahead of time. Dont waste my time or others.

And oh yeah, sometimes something i sign up for does happen. But why god oh why cant people just come prepared? Im tired of a mission or event i plan for and get all the materials needed for getting ruined cause some dumb ass didnt wanna get sneak and invis materials. If you cant be prepared, Help me out. quit the damn game cause you suck and its true.

And im tired of people who come to something, knowing they cant stay for the whole thing, and trying to rush everyone cause they have no time. If you dont have the time, Dont come. IM not rushing so you can fit something thats going to take longer than u have into your precious time slot.

Come on now, how many people hate that? Well i hate to be the asshole, But i got tired of that. If i hear that and i have a say in it, your leaving the party right when you say that. Cause if you gotta go when you level, You might as well leave now cause your full of shit. IF that time is so important, and u never know exactly how long its gonna take to level especially if something happens like a link or what not, You can just go ahead and leave before you level. Cause if youve got time to level, then you dont really have anything important to be leaving for.

and i especially hate people who say they gotta leave when they level....then want buffer xp too. Fuck it. Suffer.

If you cant walk your lazy ass outside and kill a beastmen or two for that small amount, then you will never get nowhere in this game. I got where i am by not borrowing any gil, i earned all my gil. And am known by friends for always having gil and knowing where to make some.
I borrowed gil ONE TIME and i didnt ask, it was offered to me by my good LS buddy excim when i was saving up for haubergeon, ANd i paid him back fast.
If you can not earn your own gil to buy your own items and are lookin for a handout. Dont bring your lazy ass to me, cause i will /backhand your ass.

The Flame board- yep im flaming the flame board.
Now dont get me wrong, i find it amusing to come in here and read some really good flames. hell im makin one myself. And i hope this flame board stays around.

OK. now. I read about alot of people on these flameboards, and read some pretty outrageous shit that makes me go "omg what an idiot" But because that was not my personal expierience with that player, im not going to treat them any different.
point in case "Colbwa" . i have read ...well everything about colbwa. And i laugh my ass off when i do.
And i have seen colbwa around in the game, but i have never met colbwa or had any interaction within the game with them.
SO i cant say i dislike them or call them a noob or anything.

One day while leveling pld with some friends in valkurm, I decide im going to leave and i get colbwa as my replacement. When colbwa joins my friend who was leveling drg said in party chat
"WHAT!?....COLBWA?....NO THANKS" and disbanded.
I asked him..."did you really leave?" and he says yes....stopped to think about it and went
"dammit why did i leave that pt"
Neither one of us knew colbwa, or had any problems with him....yet he said something based on what others have said, and left.
Judge not on others expieriences and flames.

Level 90-100 leathercraft.(probly any craft for that matter) This one goes out to SE for making it oh so damn expensive...i dont have 100mil to spend on something i leveled to make gil.

Ok so the item you buy to attempt to HQ when you craft it...doesnt HQ, and you need to sell the NQ...thats fine. but just because its not an HQ and u dont care about it doesnt mean you gotta under cut it to sell it.
Point in case "Chuhuha" or whatever your name is undercutting nomads mantles.
I would lose 10-20k tops if i didnt HQ....but because of your undercutting im losing 30-40k. Travellers mantles are 70-80k ....Nomads mantles WERE 60k....and dropped into the 40k's cause of this asshole undercutting every one he makes.
Dont be impatient to sell something, your ruining the economy and id rater not have you in it if thats the case.

Garrison- i didnt get anything, im never doing this again!! it was my cryptex!!! or whatever item used to start it....Thats garrison for ya, get over it.

In regards to your 'shitty organizers' point, it seems like you're referring to me and my ZM5 run that got cancelled. If you look at the thread, including myself there were FIVE people signed up. Five. You want to do ZM5 with 5 people, most of them under 70? I had enough problems with ~10 people, more than half 70+. And I got them in a pickup ZM party, it's not like I intentionally sabotaged my (already doomed due to lack of interest) run.

Am I sorry it couldn't get done? Sure. Would it have gotten done with the current level of interest? Not a chance in hell.

I liked the Star Spindel setup a few weeks back. Day comes, no one shows up, and it turns out half the people had gotten it at a random time before the stated time, leaving anyone else interested..well, screwed. YAYS!

And I've borrowed gil two or three times, but really, I've payed em all back within a day or two (just, needed the gil at that very moment for emergency porposes, i.e. something I need that's highly underpriced in a bazaar)

In general, those that don't know about these boards are the ones that come unprepared and ditch the group at the drop of a hat. Groups that form via QCDN, while more rare, are generally a lot smoother.

This doesn't bother me as long as they give advanced notice. Sometimes, you just get tired and you really do need to go but you see that you're 1-2k tnl and you just want to stick it out to see that satisfying Level Up on your screen. As long as you announce it to the entire group 20+ minutes in advance (perhaps more if you're in an odd camp that it's harder to get replacements to), then I don't care. However, if someone says this and then you find out they are 50xp tnl, that's when I'd kick them and tell them to solo the shit themselves. Communication and planning is the key.

Anyways I agree with most of Chasym's flames and know for a fact where most of them are coming from directly. (Those he didn't already make perfectly clear that is.) The one in particular is Colbwa.

For the record, I think Colbwa is an ass clown who gets his tiny dick off by pissing people off in an environment where he knows said person can't find him and punch him in the face. Again, thats what gets him off. It's a fact. It's what makes things enjoyable for him.

So in essence, aren't all of you who constantly provoke him and bitch at/about him only contributing to further jack-offs by this character? So who's really helping him? I've had my problems with Colbwa, just as I've had problems with real life people. But those are my problems, are they not? Why should I expect the next person to hate them... just because I do? That sounds pretty immature to me.

Example, I think WSM is a huge asshat. I told him so. I left it at that. He knows where I stand, and so what? I agreed with pretty much everything you said but this. I really don't see what's wrong with borrowing gil - so long as you pay it back in a reasonable amount of time. I don't borrow gil often (usually I'm the one loaning it out =X ) but when I do I make it a point to pay it back asap, usually within 24-48hrs. My longest loan so far was paid back in under a week probably. And currently I took out the largest loan I've ever taken and have every intention to pay it back in full within a week.

I'd like to especially point this one out. I was lvling my whm and in one party, who else but colbwa pops up in the party. I've never personally be colbwa before, and then he's in my pt. He dies on some pull because of some link (he noticed the link and didn't pull both to camp, rather died right outside of camp). I laugh, I tell my ls, they're all like "good for him". I refuse to raise him and suggest just finding some other thf for the pt. After a long discussion (most of the pt didn't even know colbwa or visted these boards), I realized I was about to breakup a perfectly good pt, waste everyone's time all over some hatred for someone I don't know.

I raised colbwa and we ended up pting for hours and then again a few days later. Dunno how he acts outside pts, but in a pt he's pretty normal, and is quite skilled and knows what he's doing.

Till the day colbwa screws around with me personally, I won't hold any grudge against him. I know he has problems, and does alot of shit thanks to these boards, but I refuse to judge from what I've heard. I'll be wary when dealing with him, but won't go out of my way to avoid.

I find it very ironic when people talk about all those in-game rules, morals and etiquettes which are all based on our real life standards, but when confronted with a decent analogy they immediately use the game != real life card.

This guy Syliph. He's been accused of scamming in the flameboard and hated by many. If he showed up in your LS, and if you were the leader, would you kick him? Or you'd give him a chance until he cons your LS members? You never got scammed by him, the bad things about him are all hearsay you read on the flameboard.

My point is, it's perfectly fine to make game/RL analogies, given that they're not very extreme (like the Hitler/Stalin case). When you say this guy is a NM stealer, that guy is a MPKer and you think they're bad, you're comparing game to real life.

1) The leaving when someone levels thing. I honestly don't give a crap when someone leaves as long as they give me a suitable replacement and stay until the replacement gets there. Maybe they don't have something important to leave for, but maybe they just don't wanna level anymore that time. So get a replacement and I'm good. Otherwise anyone who leaves without replacement(except for rl emergencies) pisses me off...Oh and if they give an advanced notice but can't find replacement that's kool with me too ^^

2) AH undercutters. Yep, I hate them too ;; I'm hoping they don't undercut the 2 military harps I have on sale...there were 5 others and I have like no money to even put them back on XD

3) Garrison deal. You shouldn't be doing garrison with random people then. All the garrisons I do, the person who provides item gets pick of ONE of the drops. Join GoldenGarrison or something ^^

If everyone in this game thinks like you, I'm gonna go on a MPKing and stealing spree right now, 10 people a day. After a month I will have 300 people hating me, but why should I care? Because the other 9700 people are still cool with me like you are (that's 97%). You're responsible for what you do, it's call reputation/karma. Others will judge you from your reputation. It's what preventing people from doing bad things on a daily basis.
