QFT, I don't think it's bad to laugh at either, even if it was funny, it's from a film, so, no real reason not to laugh unless it was from Schindlers List or something.

That really wasn't anything to do with British comedy. Lol, go Youtube some Bill Bailey.
 
Although I have to admit you are right with the "Benny Hill music makes you laugh at everything you put it into" angle. But as a father I still felt for the fathers of the "mine" victims (looking at their girls)... ; ;
 
The most funny part is the video is a real advertisement from the UN, in which they consider land mines in a soccer field a possible location... Now the odds of them playing the game for that long without hitting that patch of grass where presumably the only land mine in the field was are astronomical. Either way, that little girl has a funny story she can tell her grandkids about, oh wait nobody sleeps with the handicapped...
