Seriously though, I think our flames getting weaker shows that we are growing as a community. I'm no doctor, but I would think positive growth > sitting around a circle, throwing feces at each other.

I know that sound lame, but I don't think our "lack of flame" problem is a problem. I think the drama queens are our problem.
