Now ive never paid more than 5-6 bucks for a computer mouse, never really wanted a mouse that bad or cared.
I used alot of the old standard ball mouses, and then i got a 6 dollar belkin optical about two years ago and it has always served me well. then recently i installed alot of shooter games on my pc and i realized that the speed of my mouse was not cutting it, i just didnt have the speed to turn i needed, which made it hard to be precise.
On top of that ive never played using keyboard and mouse till recently...i was always used to controllers.

Then i did a research search on mice and i found this baby...when i saw it i was in love.
2000 Dpi, hell yes.
The look, the glow. perfect.
then i thought...wow the price, 70 dollars! for a mouse! my wife will never let me have that.

So we head to best buy to mouse hunt...when i saw it.
The Razer Copperhead. Tempest blue color and i said..."can i please"
with my sad look...and i could tell she was thinking about it.
When i looked down, And i saw the same mouse marked down for 60 dollars because it was a returned item.
And when i saw it was the same color i wanted, she said "get it!"
i got it home and its sooooo smooth, so fast. works great.
and it matches my PC which the case is all black with neon blue lights.

Check it out

7 programmable buttons. I have the two side buttons on the right programmed so i can change my DPI speed at any time, for when im doing graphic design i want a slower speed and such, gaming a higher.
Then i have the left side programmed with back and forward buttons for browsing.
the cool little razer three snake emblem on the back of the mouse pulsates off by fading in and out.
i never thought id pay this much for a mouse...probly never will again.
but i looove it!
mine is picture 3 on that page, Tempest blue.
but that red one looks sweet too!

What does this teach you? A good mouse is a great investment.

I like the logitech mice more myself.

it teaches me that wanting something because it glows has proven to be good several times now! lol
but i think...this will be my mouse from here on out lol unless it dies.

Logitech G5/ Logitech G15. The best combination for FPS gaming out there. G-keys rule all.
yeah i saw that one there, i couldnt get the feel for it when i placed my hand on the demo, It didnt have that in groove feeling, Or that click with the slightest bit of pressure youd want for those someone sneaking up behind u, turn around and one shot em moments XD i looked at alot of mice before i fully decided.
Originally i had planned on getting a logitech trackball...i quickly changed my mind when i tried to get a feel for it lol

Yeah, it's all about feel. I'll tell you what though I love the feel of my keyboard and mouse and hate going to my buddies house to play unreal now.

yeah i had the track ball idea cause i played on one at a friends long ago, Then when i looked at it i thought, my god its just a ball and two buttons...no scroll or nothin. i cant live with that! then i saw the updated version and thought, whos hands want that? big foot? lol

Yeah, Razor has to work hard to sway me from Logitech. I love the Wireless MX series. In fact, I'm using a 6 year old Logitech Wingman ballmouse on my laptop right now (still drives as smooth as glass). Razor has some really great features that logitech hasn't explored yet (I really like the weight adjustments, although it voids the warrenty). It's also nice to see a mouse that actually puts USB bandwidth to use.

If Razor stands the test of time (and produces a wireless bluetooth model), then I'll be sold.
