ya, shit happens, we had a jp whm call help on kirin by accident. (kinda sucked).
needless to say that kirin despawned. ; ;
was fun though, i got to solo kirin and suzaku for a whole 30 seconds =D which was 29 seconds longer than i thought id live. (was trying to reset the depop timer while we recovered.)

as for the mechanics of the help thing: If more than one mob is engaged by One ally or party, and help is called on one of the mobs, REGARDLESS of who hit what, both will go orange.
In order to prevent this, (as in Reality's case) you need to Have claim (which meants the Last one to have hit the mob), Drop PT/Ally, Then call help. Its a pain, but sometimes needs to be done.

Dang! My friend has a 75RDM on Fairy, and someone by accident called for help on King Behemut. Well that person is still paying for it I hear. :o

Did someone get aggro by a lightning elemental?_? the fook?

Ha a my bro (Jonason) was able to make Serise do that once while kingwas at 10%... It was one of the funniest things I ever saw. He made Serise do that by getting in an argument in /tell and Serise was yelling back. My bro was pissed that he was not invited to help kill it. The end result was about 3 alainces worth of 70+s having to chill in Kings aggro range hopingto get ti when it goes white. Alot of ppl deleveled offa that one. My bros response, "Never seen Japs use caps before", aparantly he got alot of /tells that had Kanji and GM in them.

I guess something aggro, and a PLD went to tank it, and call for help.
