Well that doesn't even need to be said, but I was moreso referring to the more modern era of parody. Mel is the man.

ya i thought id give this movie a chance.... and yea the first 10 minutes were kinda funny. but the rest was pretty bad and im kinda pissed off i had to pay 20 bucks for me and fiance to watch it... oh well i think i learned my lesson......

I just watched Comebacks. Fuck, was it stupid. If Meet the Spartans is as bad as this then I need to kill some Hollywood SoBs.

You gotta watch it for what it is, and not expect it to be some amazing fucking masterpiece. I laughed and thats good enough for me.

Some parts were funny, I'll give you that. But over all the movie seem to be one giant gay man stuck in the closet.

Yeah i watched the comebacks the other night, and i felt they were trying too hard and there were less than a handful of funny moments, besides that it was way more stupid than i expected, not even close to scary movie expectations.
Ill be watching meet the spartans tonight.
