ok, so yesterday was my junior prom and it was in fact THE BEST NIGHT EVER! i HATE, absolutely abhor, dancing other than slow cuz i can't dance, but for some strange reason, i did yesterday and it was so much fuc*ing fun. i had a big group of friends and we took alotta pics (which i will be postng later), and were taking more today when we go to downtown Chicago. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(and if anyone thinks, no, my gf and i did NOT have sex :wink: )
 
Prom is the one place people who don't dance, do. I know I did. I think its the loss of need for shame when you know you're not gonna see most of those people but more than a dozen times ever again. This isn't the case of yours bc its s JUNIOR prom but the whole lack of shame thing still kinda goes once the mood sets in.
 
How old are the peeps that go to a Junior Prom?

Junior Prom = Junior Class = mostly 16-17 year olds.

Ok... for some reason I guess I was thinking Junior Prom = Middle School Prom or something, I dunno. :lol:

shouldnt really be shocked its what is going on these days.

example: i was talking to my friends sister(14). She was telling me how kids she knew were having sex, smoking weed, doing acid, shrooms, coke you name it. i was scared then(and she was like 13 at the time)
 
I shouldn't have put the " :shock: " in my last post. I shouldn't have posted at all. I know what goes on within the teenage world because......I am one. I always overhear conversations from other people talking about "how stoned they were when they f***ed their girlfriends", etc.

I'm almost envious of them since they're making the most of their youth while I; an ugly loser, do nothing. Now I don't mean to say that it's "cool" to do drugs, I'm just apathetic to these kinds of things because I'm not even involved. Whatever, I'll just accept it. Just don't get caught.


Sorry for the rant Miruyasha, I know this was supposed to be about your prom, and I'm happy for you. I apologize.

yeah, i mean its great that your not doing all that stuff it can mess your life up, just dont live a safe life. thats no fun. and to be honest its not just about the looks, its about how you present yourself(key). and "gear" is key too lol.

WHEEEE! yes, it was the most fun i've had at any skool related function, and i hate my hs :) . we're fuckin STD central i swear to god. my friends and i have this theory that you can get like herpes just from drinking my school's water :lol: . and if any of you think your hijacking this thread cuz you post about your prom, your not. part of this post WAS for people to post about their prom experiences. oh, and the next day my friends and i went to downtown Chicago to Navy Pier, which was fun as hell. except on the way back to the subway station, where we got aggroed by shoeshiners. and that's all i'll say about THAT. HEY! I SAID AGGRO!

I don't get how deteriating your body and risking kids (aka ruined lives to H.S. students) are "Making the most of your youth". It's just plain atrocious what has become acceptable in American society these days. You should be proud not to take part in any of this uselessness not sorry. These are the loosers not you my man -_-. They end up to f'ed up to contribute to society, having kids at early ages and giving a life of hell to them through poverty etc.., THOUGH some come out ok. I was of the lucky few and I'm not proud of that to say the least just lucky. Don't f'k until you are ready to be man and take care of a child and don't do drugs (Pot excluded) unless you are asking for death. You sir are a gentleman and a wise man not an ugly looser. 8)
 
My junior prom was in the 8th grade, that's how it is here in the old PR...

But, my Senior Prom comes up the day after tomorrow. Already got my cool/cute date. ^^ My friends and schoolmates will be so jealous. :lol:

I hope I have fun, and I'm glad you had fun... my Junior Prom I spent in my table... sleeping. I hate Reggaeton >.>;
 
thx Answa, i'm glad your glad i had fun. and i hope you do too. sorry to hear about your 8th grade junior prom. that's how i've been at most dances, where my gf would get upset with me cuz i wouldn't dance :lol:
