Instillation help pls

Hi, my i was wondering if u guys could help me out. my friend just got a new laptop, and has installed the original disk w/o a problem. however, she hasnt been able to get Rise of zilart to work at all. she's tried to register it like normal, but it doesnt work. I think her bro may have it on his comp, but i didnt think this would effect it. Anyone have any ideas?

The message it gives her is:

you have already registered this expanded service. this will exceed the maximum number of registrations allowed.
please check your record of registered expanded services

Sho should be able to install it. However she can not register it to another account. She will have to buy another copy.
This is also the problem many have with CoP. Everyone who wishes to play it needs their own CD key. You may have to buy another copy.

well if you're talking about registering Rise of the Zilart, you don't have to if you already did it when you first installed using that Content ID. Basically, when you reinstall FFXI, you don't need to re-register any of the keys. They're all connected to your Play Online ID. So just install FFXI and your Rise of The Zilart Disc, start up playoinline and add your Play Online ID, and go. That's really about it.

There's a quicker way for future reference. Just post if you want me to explain.
