Anyone buy?

[Zimzum]

I could never get myself to buy the "newest" pc parts. I think i would cry in 6 months when its half that price. And without seeing benchmark tests I think Ill wait.

I would foam at the mouth if that had HT. 8 cores in task manager, yes please.

[CmdrFly]

Hasn't HT gone the way of the ghost now that we have true multi-core processors? I haven't seen mention of it in some time.

Kinda curious why it only has 2 banks of L2... with 4 cores, you'd think it would be easier to have 4x 2mb instead of 2x 4mb. Each core could have it's own local bank instead of having to share with another core... but I know very little about CPU architecture so I'm sure there's a logical reason.

[Arctyrael]

Yes it has. ;_;
