You don't have to be "super leader", but if you arrange a run, you do have to lead. And if the run ends up failing, it's on your shoulders to just man up and apologize and say you'll try better next time. Not pass off blame onto others for not wanting to do your job and then call people "retards" when they call you out on it. If you don't have the capability or desire to try to lead something from start to finish, don't set anything up. Find someone who can or will at least try then join their run.

Otherwise Rappa basically hit the point i was trying to make. There is a difference between "Super Leader" and "Hey, i'm gonna go afk for 3 hrs while i lead this run, you guys fend for yourself!"

Offtopic: Khidir, go away. Grown ups are talking. If it means that much to you i will take Teron, but Kay and I won't be able to play at the same time, and that would be bad for business.

As a leader you need to man up and run an event, IF YOU HAVE TO GO AFK FOR REASONS DONT SETUP EVENTS... By setting up a post on QCDN, And obtaining your item you should make it a point to stay for the entire event w/o AFKing... if you dont think this AGAIN DONT SETUP EVENTS...

I have created several events and was late to one, i will admit... However I appologized repeatedly for it...

Just...wow. You have the guts to say people wouldn't have failed if they'd just put forth effort? This is coming from the guy who got virtually spoonfed his win because I came out to help someone else with THEIR pop and decided to stay for another, which I hafto say was unfortunately yours.

I'm 99% sure you wouldn't have AFK'ed at all if you were last in line, would you. More ironic that you were bitching about the quality of people on QCDN Thursday then turn around and pull this petty bullsh-!t. Way to go, scumbag. /sigh... i'm greatful for your help but believe it or not we actually killed it pretty easily after you had gone on thursday evening, you want me to apologies for this run? how about go to hell? saturdays run is the result of hfar and spellbinder who missed out on thursday. i'm such fuckin scum for returning the saturday to help them out? i had to go afk, but i told every one before this run had even started it would probably happen. did any one complain? no, few ok's and kk's later we've done 2 or 3 and i have to go.

you don't see me bad mouthin khajit for getting his belt and going of to sea or what ever it was on thursday do you. he had an event to attend to as did i that saturday. watch your words, i helped more people with there belt then what your own friend did, fuckin scum your self.

i'll take a sizable amount of blame for this runs failure but you can't push the whole failure of a run when 1 person goes afk and can't return. a point i made earlier why didn't the people who needed belts take charge? they wanted this item. i failed by letting more codex's into the party, the party failed because they couldn't work together to get it done

By afking most the entire run you may as well not shown up at all. You did virtually nothing yet are acting like you're the good guy because you at least showed up. Sorry, cheering people on from the sidelines doesn't cut it.

"No u" much? I wasn't obligated to come and help, nor was I in any way forced to come help on Saturday. It's your duty to make sure he shows up a second day since you were supposed to be the leader of the run.

I got nothing out of that run except an LSmate a Swift Belt and some spoiled snot-nosed NIN who can't pull for crap his very undeserved Swift Belt as well. Good job linking the entire Mithra room by the way, that takes serious skill.

When you tell the group you're gonna be afk for 15 minutes and turn it into 3 hours, you DO need a damn good reason for wasting so much of their time. If you can't give an actually good reason to be away for so long, it's gonna default to "You're a worthless tool who got what he wanted and didn't see the need to be around for the rest"

I'll say it clearly in case you were busy wiping your nose while reading: It was your run, stick with it to the end or don't set it up to begin with, you hypocritical, pathetic piece of garbage. If you can't stay to the end, YES, you do need a reason as to why. You're not some magical little princess who becomes exempt from their duties whenever they please or are able to drop out without repercussions the moment something doesn't go their way. Your time >! our time. Figure it out.

So, you just made this run to help your friends right? So it's ok to help on your friends fights then dump on the rest of the group because they aren't your friends? Sure helping friends is nice and all, but don't be a fucking bitch and dump the rest of the crew. You made this run, stay with it till the end, you didn't, thus you have no right to bitch at anyone who says a damned thing to you.

Others shouldn't be mad at you because they can kill without you? So I can go to Nidhogg and AFK the fight and then come back and take credit for being the leader because I had a yellow dot right? It makes me a good guy because I was there for the first window and noone has any right to be mad at me for not passing lead <assuming you didn't seeing as how they had to reform parties>. This can cause an inconvienence. You tell them not to bitch and whine yet you come on here spewing the same shit you tell him not to do.
