Interesting new games using POL

Check em out, so far both use POL.

If you're into building a POL game library, I think these games will do nicely , when they ever come out in NA. You can google them for a lot more infomation on them from different sites then square-heaven.
Consider:

Ambrosia Oddessy: (looks like they changed it, it was originally a MMORPG using POL,but looks like it still is using POL.)

I haven't seen those on the list then again.. could be JP only.. or it could be cause I don't play on a PS2... anyways.. what do you mean by

The games arn't on the list, I'm pretty sure neither is playable in Japan yet, though I've seen beta-testing screenies on a few image boards. And as to the second question, I think he means it no longer -says- it operates through POL, but it still looks like it.

No, both are slated for NA release. Anyways, when I first heard about Ambrossia Odessy a while back, months thats, it was listed as "Another MMORPG designed by S-E due to the popularity of their current MMORPG, FFXI". I read a bit of the desc. at S-E heaven, says you build a world and -share- it online, I wouldn't really consider that a MMORPG, but who knows I could be wrong, sure as hell looks like a MMORPG.

EDIT: sorry about the confusion, these games are NOT out yet. Front Missoin Online is still in BETA mode for Japan, I believe it's being released this year for them, but we have to wait until next year.

Ambrossia Oddessy is still in the works I think.

No I mean that the game was going to be a MMORPG using POL, but though it doesn't look like it's going to be a MMORPG, it's still using POL for it's online functions.

i played Front Mission Online during the FF11 event last month

personally, i wasnt impressed

average graphics/sound

trying to control the mechs felt like ice skating ... for someone who could not ice skate


since it was still in beta stage, hope they fix it

Being something of a Front Mission junkie, I'm eagerly awaiting FM:O..

I'm just pissed because it'll probably only come out on PS2 and require me to actually get a network adapter. ><

If you ever used the JP client you can see they have a lot more games on the play list than we do :|

Even if it's just that mah-jong thing or whatever but Front Mission was on there also.

As much time as you put in FFXI I don't think it'll be fun as a sidegame, looks like it'll take sometime. Knowing S-E anyways.

The reason Front Mission Online is on the Jpn version is because just like FFXI, they get it first, so they get their beta test first. It will be our turn soon enough, and yeah ambrossia odessy looks sweet.
