Aparently from what i read, this has a tool that allows you to view area .dats, and move around in them, out of game, what i would like to know,is anyone familiar w/ this program? when i attempt to open it, it has garbeled (sp) text in a pop up window, if i hit ok, it goes to the program (presumably) but has garbaled text again, and is essentailly unusable.

Anyone know what i need for this to work properly?

thx in advance!

heres the link, (its in Japanese, but google translate will translate the page)
