The time has come for me to leave FFXI for good. Over the past two years I've shared adventures with some of the best people on the server. FFXI has been my favorite hobby since i was first leveling in valkurm dunes. However, I must be strong and break away from its grasp. Relationships in real life have suffered because I have to be on FFXI all the time, I'm going to pick up another job to help with my finances, I just need to prioritize. I need to spend time developing the real me, not Mercator.
FFXI was my first MMORPG so its special to me. The thought of the online game is an amazing thing, I got the opportunity to meet people who i would probably never meet in real life. As much as I want, I can't exactly put " I have a 75 PLD and blah blah" on future job resumes. I have not grown bored with FFXI, a break would not help; it's just time for me to move on.
I've had a great LS history, with some strong people carrying on the ideals.

I have become too good a friend with many people to just pack my suitcases and leave without so much a personal goodbye. If you are a member of NT you have seen some of these on the MB.
Aidyn: I didn't know you really until recently, you had kinda left LF right before i joined. You are hawt. You are a good thief and a good PUP. I hope you take it far and become one of the best. You're friendly and always willing to help out. And oh yea, i'll be contacting you about our wedding details soon ok? ok! (we did have the same cell phone at one time.)
Aither: Havn't talked to you much recently, miss you honestly. You are one of my favorite DRKs and you're knowledge and experience in the game are an asset. Thanks for all the fun times in past! I have many cool pics of us doing "Like the Wind" and with Seraa in Ifrit's Cauldron. {Take care}
Alyada: Probably my best in game friend. I honestly havn't known you that long. I joined LiberiFatali near the end of last year and you were there to help me with the new group and we became great friends over the course of it. Sometimes i've felt like i've known you for a long time, we are very similar in many ways. We've had so many good adventures, from the slaying of Ose (there was slaying on both sides), to our unfortunate fall on ZM in behem<tab> dominion, to our first toau adventures with reynard, to my jelly ring, savage blade, joyeuse attempts, etc. I hope you can come visit me sometime.
Blabj: My favorite EU player! You are so fun to be around! That party we had in CN that one time rocked. I remember yelling at you for attacking your Toramara<tab> Canal BLM AF because the alliance wasn't ready XD. I thought you were a n00b at that time and now look at you lol. Keep up the good work, you will be missed.
Brin: Until the ls merger, i only knew you from your posts on QCDN. Awesome guy with a good heart. You win my award for hottest male in the ls XD. I have lots of respect for high lvl DRG and despite some of the shit people dish (most of the time its just fake) DRG continued on with the job they love. I'm not a big RP fan, but reading over some of your stuff i'm glad you have with the game. Thats why we play it after all. Good luck in the future hotness!
Davion: My favorite mage! I'm glad we were able to resolve our differences from the past and become friends again. You helped me in so many ways and I hope I did the same with you. Had lots of fun adventuring Vana'diel together. I hope you enjoy your melee jobs
Eleibfrid: One of the best guys on the server. We've always had fun. You are my favorite loldrg. Met you in LF as well and you were always friendly and helpful to me and others and I respect that. Also had fun in sky the time that i was there. You are a kickass player and never change. (feel like i'm signing a yearbook lol)
Faule: Great ls leader, i commend your abililty to hold the shell together and have a great community. Despite our size we still are very close. You were always there to help out and give advice and share our Gap stories <3. As you approach 75 i hope you realize the potential that you possess.
Isomiau: LOL! I never thought a thrown together promy static would allow me to meet people like you. Had a lot of fun exploring in lufaise and the promys. I also got the opportunity to ride my first ToAU boat ride with you from mhaura. You are a lot of fun and I'll never forget the Tortoise Shield you helped me get. A true friend!
Jiran: You were the first high lvl pld i came in contact with. We were in Crystal Reavers together, I remember my first trip to jeuno I died right outside the gates, but you came and raised me XD Thanks for the fun times and all the help with magicite and rank missions in my n00bish days. Welcome back to FFXI and tell Snapple I said hi XD (if you still talk to him)
Karihkinz: Despite an unfortunate past, I've always looked up to you. You ran a great ls, one of the best, and I respect you for it. You are a kickass player and caring for others. I wish you well in your continuation of FFXI. You have been missed
Gain: Great PLD. Great MNK. I've always looked up to you in certain ways, i think you dont bullshit and you are an honest person with experience. You dont sugarcoat things and i like that. Thanks for giving me advice on how to PLD and helping me out with things like Gigant mantle (damned drop rate) amongst numerous other things. Thank you. You're not going to have much of a face if you continue to uber-fi at your current rate XD
Jamba: I <3 u. You are one of my favorite people on FFXI you know how to have fun and you make others have fun too. I could always talk to you when i'm down and feel better! You are so cute and I wish the best for you in your dance career. I'll never forget our outing in Ordelles...dont remember why we were there but yeah... Many <3s for you.
Langly: RANGRY! Always one of my favorite people from the begining waay back in LF. You helped me multiple times with my jelly ring and your many selfless acts makes you a great person. You are great at building websites lol you rawk. Dont let end game devour you, you are coming upon that time now. Grats on 70 and I hope all works out for you.
Meaghan: You are my favorite brd ever! I miss hanging out with you, I havn't seen you online in a long time. I had lots of fun in Shizuka Kinen getting you rank and items and whatnot. I hope you still have that stone I gave you from the first time I quit I hope your knee is doing better and I wish you well.
Miros: Not sure if you even read here anymore but if you see this i just want to say thanks. I've learned a lot from you even though you probably dont think so. Thanks for all the fun times...It hurts to hear of your losses but I think once the turmoil is over you will find peace and grow from the things you've experienced. You were one of my first high lvl friends and you always made me feel good about myself. Thanks.
Nikoloi: A great leader in Rawr. I look up to you in many ways, you are fun, smart, and know whats going on. Great DRK with some kickass numbers. I first met you in a skillup party in boyahda tree and if i remember correctly you were just there so some friends could skillup. GL in all your endeavors!
Ranphamansuura: You are sooo much fun to be with, I wish i lived near you IRL so we could hang out! You are an asset to the ls and I appreciate all the times you've helped me out and all the goof off times we've had. Remember, i'm the ringleader of the Harem! <3 u very much. GOGO RANPHAMERCSUURA
Realia: I met you in LF and from the start you were friendly and helpful. Though you didn't play much, when you did you offered help on multiple occassions. I appreciate that, keep being you.
Reishu: I learned more from you than most people I've encountered on FFXI. I was a n00b when i met you and you helped me along the way. Our little static with Sethala, Aloo, and Darkfelicity was a lot of fun. You were a great leader of Shizuka Kinen. I miss those early days of ignorance we once shared. I'll never forget our Ose encounters XD. Goodbye friend.
Ruck: I've had more fun with you ingame than most of my friends. We did everything together. All your many deaths make me lol even today. I wish you luck in your life and sorry things didn't work out as we all had hoped. GL with your ls and happy adventuring.
Thisguy: I'm glad you finally got everything worked out in the deep south! You are a great guy with a good heart. May your BRD go far. Daveman once said you would be one of the richest on server with all your crafts. Is that true? lol Take care man i will miss all the adventures we had from Crystal Reavers onward.

You dont shove it down peoples' throats like so many other high lvls on this game. You remind me of myself IRL, kinda quite, typically knowledgeable, but prone to wild bouts of sillyness XD Had fun adventuring with you and thanks for all the Bionic Bug runs!
