I'm reluctant to believe anything the Bush administration or the UN Security Council has to say after the Iraq WMD debacle. But I'm starting to think we should nuke IRAN just to shut them the hell up, whether they are developing nuclear weapons or not.

Seriously, why do they insist on taunting us? Do they really think they can win or do they just want martyrdom for all their people?

My father has always held to the belief that the middle east will be a continual problem for the world until somebody or themselves blows up the whole region with a few choice nukes.

A bit extreme, but time and history seem to be moving in that direction. Hooray for the iggnorance and stupidity of humanity (at least those in charge anyhow).

I can live with that.

We have to ratchet up the saber-rattling! It's an election year, damn it!

Well since you guys are calling the region middle-east.Don't forget Israel is in that region too.If they are making nukes i'm pretty sure we can't just pick on one nation to disarm now can we? but bahhhh we can say n do wthell we want.We got a whole generation watching FOX t.V haha

If we procrastinate long enough, Irsael will solve the problem for us. We get a solution and avoid the PR backlash. Win/win situation...well except for Iran.

Of course they can win, unless you believe that the U.S. won in Iraq.

True, but it's pretty hard to say that The Iraqis won anything either...You know, the way the got their asses handed to them, and most things that could kind of be called a victory for them were a result of some kind of human or car bomb. We didn't even have to prove that we could, but obviously we did.

Iran would be treading more softly if they truly just wanted an energy source.
But they aren't even trying to hide their glee. They are happy as hell they can play with big bombs now.

And they might have enough material to make one or two bombs, with no easy way of delivering it to us. We have enough nukes to vaporize their population hundreds of times from the comfort of our own country. Speaking strictly nuclear, no, they cannot win.

Your father is a wise man and I like his thinking. Another way to solve the problems is to somehow make them believe there is no such thing as religion it is all made up. Religion is what started there crap and to this day, still fuels it.

Iran has the higher literacy rate in the world. Its like 90+ percent lol

"Iraq is Arabic for Vietnam" ...

Really wish I could view that link, stupid school filters.

I agree too, and with Pelori's dad.

We should just play John Lennon's 'Imagine' at full blast on loud speakers through out the entire middle east. That will learn them real good.

I sure am glad I wasn't born in the middle east. Then some idiotic Western s.o.b. would nuke me, and my family because I just happened to be born on the other side of the ocean. /sarcasm off

If anything we need to do come covert operations to take out certain military and political leaders. Then through chaos, we can establish order.
