Iron pumping tunes.

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger - Daft Punk

It just seems so fitting.

Form first. :wink:

I've seen morons screw up their workouts listening to any kind of music. They just don't know what they're doing. The music has absolutely nothing to do with it. If metal pumps up your workout, do it. If it's industrial for you, go with that. SRV is just a badass. Pretty much anything would work better than the shit that's pumped through the facility's speakers. I hear that crap and feel like I should be dropping Ex and twirling some glow sticks rather than kicking ass.

I completly agree. Form first before high weight. And just because people listen to hard music doesn't mean they should go off and do stupid things. Music shouldn't really affect how you workout. All it does is get you fired up by bringing you more motivation. Sometimes you get that adrenaline pumping and your able to bust out a few extra reps than you could if you were working out without music or with crappy music. Anything really, that gets you going you should stick with.

I have had the Discography of "Strapping young Lad" in my shuffle for a few months now and it is heavy enough to keep me motivated.

QFT wtf lec Eiffel 65??!!??!

It's choice of music. The beat may get him pumped up and working out faster. All the music I listen to is heavy and fairly quick on the beat.

Seems rather fitting to listen to Ok Go's "Here it Goes Again" whenever you're on a treadmill.

Oh, if you wanna make your heart race try: Sandstorm by Darude.

This song is not recommended if you have heart problems. There, I warned you.

That's on my lolList. ;p

Also yeah, E65! :D

I had a whole period of time where I'd listen to almost nothing else, 2/3rds of my time with my 3-series prior to the car I've got now was spent jamming to E65, Daft Punk and other electronic music. x;

Have no idea how I wish I could just go back in time and to the euro discotheques when E65/Daft Punk was new and hot. ^-^

I'm glad you like Sandstrom. Btw, I like Eiffel too. Especially that song about Playstation and Resident Evil. ^^
