PS3 Is "Alone in the Dark: Inferno" worth getting?

Simple question. Is this game worth getting for around £15 ($30 I suppose, maybe more or less)?

I heard it was better for the PS3, but i wouldn't play that game again if someone paid me to do it.

The game is far from awful, it's torture. I wouldn't buy it for a $1, no shit.

I saw it at Walmart for 20 dollars awhile back on the Bargin rack or whatever you call it. Never played it :/. I was kinda debating about buying it myself at one point.

I was goin' to mention that as well but I'm not sure if Gerry would catch the same deal in his location. SH:H is a much better game in my opinion, though it has its odds too, but they are easier to deal with since it's such a good story and all.

I cleared alone in the dark and sillent hill with xbox360.
tho alone in the dark was not fun for me...

Right then, I've played the demo of Alone in the Dark: Inferno. My thoughts, not worth £40, but probably worth £20. Voice acting was kinda sketchy at times, probably laughably so. Controls felt ok, I know the worst part of it on the 360 version was probably the driving controls but on the PS3 version, it seems to be more forgiving, I passed that infamous driving section on my 3rd go, the developers were kind enough to add a checkpoint.

Now, if I were to choose this or Silent Hill: Homecoming... I'd get both 'cause I'm indecisive XD
