Well i want to sue my doctor for mal practice or something.
Reason 1: Almost a year ago i got sick. My call my doctor, got a meeting set up, and he sent me home on a med called Cipro(something). Didn't work. about a week later i called them again. Told him how it didn't help and explained to him how i was sick. He gave me MORE Cipro. This went on for 3 months before i finally went into the hospital for IV meds and w/e. I'd go into it more but i was so sick i can barely remember those 3 months.
Reason 2: About 13 weeks ago i got sick again. Told him what was going on, How i was throwing up from coughing, sleeping 16+ hours aday, on and off fevers, lose of weight, and my horrible dry cough. He gave me a med called Ceptra(something). Worked for the first week. stop coughing, no fevers, gained weight, then a few days later(i mean a few days like 3) i got sick again. only this time it hit me worse then ever. called him up, set up a appointment and he sent me home on more ceptra. this again went on for 8 weeks.
Then about a month ago i had a appointment with my nurse pat, She gave me PFTS, blood test, chest x rays, the whole 9 yards. my lung functions droped from a 3.1 to a 1.45(that's REALLY bad). The look on her face when she saw that scared the shit out of me. She left to talk with my doctor. He came in, sat down, and gave me MORE FUCKING ceptra.
So 2 days later i was putting together a treadmil and nearly passed out from loss of breath. I was rushed to the Emerg to find out the whole roof caved in and if it wasn't for my moms bosses brother who was a doctor there i would have been sent home. So i end up int he hospital for 5 days. It was just them keeping an eye on me or something. i sat there for 5 days coughing. On the 5th day they made me do a running test. I did very well. my stats stayed even the whole time. Now all my doctors know that when it comes to testing me by making work out it doesn't prove anything. I ran for an hour at about 10 kms with no drops in my stats. So he sends me home on MORE oral meds.
Well needless to say i'm sick again. And i'm REALLY getting sick of this doctor. so tomorrow i'll be requesting a new doctor but first i want to sue this fucker for something. Just so he knows i don't take that kind of shit from anyone.
So i'm wondering can i make a case out of this? Mal practice, neglect about my health or anything?
