Is life to predictable?

Countless times from either my previous mistakes or others maybe I'm the only one who's actually learned from what happens. I really have found life to be quite predictable for the most part, at least, the scenarios that happen are all to common..

Most recent one being was an acquaintance of mine was "falling" for this guy when she's been dating her boyfriend for three or four years. She said she was going to leave the current one and did. She asked me what I thought about the situation and I stated that I didn't know either one of them but had a feeling this new guy was just out to get some. Also, guessed he had a g/f already. Week later, ends up he couldn't meet up with her when they were going to because his g/f caught onto him and he got caught she was upset blah blah point is I called it. It's late I'm rambling probably so point is, I totally called that.

Stuff like this has been happening to me for years now and I just don't find much pleasure out of life always being so damn predictable and very rarely does it decide to spruce things up and wander off it's course of repetition

lol well it's not just that broad but like anyone I meet I figure them out in a heartbeat and then have a nearly perfect knowledge of where they are going. Ironically, I have no solid direction in my life at this point in time

predictable people create predictable situations,

if you know a person's characteristics you can predict rather easily what they will do

ie. my ex girlfriend (and other people i know of) where "phobic of being alone for the rest of their lives" (sup your not even 20 yet) so as soon as they end their current relationship they search desperately to find someone new and they usually rush into something with someone who is only looking to use them. after i broke up with her low and behold she rushed into a relationship with someone who wasn't right for her and they didn't last a month (i don't know what they did while together, i don't care to know)

history tends to repeat itself, so if you know a person really well you can most likely predict what they will do or what will happen in some situations, i prolly wouldn't say that life is predictable, more like people are predictable

Yeah I can agree with people being predictable and it's not even that I know most people too well it's just like after an hour of getting to know someone, I can tell where they are coming from and I don't know exactly that was a late night rant and right now I'm just waking up xD

You know, it happens, for some reason, people prefer the predictability in their daily lives over the unknown. From the looks of it, you are the type that prefers going off the beaten path, and so you should. Start off by making new friends, friends who, like you, also like to take the road less traveled. dont let this get you down. life is what we make of it my friend!
