Tak I think you did actually get your first TP move btw, I found mine by hovering over a blank slot in the "Abilities and whatever" option in the menu, kind of a hokey interface there, but we'll get used to it I'm sure

So in recap:
1) We get into the game and kill mobs and realize its a pretty fun time.
2) While fighting mobs in a river outside of Gridania we decide to name the river Quetzacoatl river.
3) I get runtime error.
4) You change settings.
5) We both get the 2 patches updated since we logged.
6) Now both getting the error at checking.
So in recap:

Ok according to the beta tester site, servers are down for emergency maintenance. So the game is locked until they re-open. Im guessing the game will go live again in the next couple hours.
Hence my runtime error. I bet any money tons of players got my random error and were booted. Probably what they are fixing.

I dunno, I killed about 7 enemies before I decided to get arrows and finally dc'd too. But yeah, you're probably right.

If Archer is anything like Beta 3, they are quite strong. My brother loved it. They were normally the last to die too because they don't generate a lot of emnity.

Well still looks like Beta Keys are hard to come by at but I cant wait to get on an play with everyone one agian I think im gonna try Ul'dah it looks pretty cool..
Also have their been any linkshells made yet. If people are wanting to hang out in game linkshells the way to go since the tell function doesnt say if they recieved the /t or not

I currently can't log into the game, haven't read anywhere that servers are down though. It won't get past version check.
