The cape is better than the Einherjar capes for the -2 ENM and, as you pointed out, the inventory slot you save.

You don't have pixie hate. Its a serverwide hate. Turning in bottled pixie lowers it for everyone

He is passive and If you try to fight him without using the Pixie drop he just resists all dmg and runs away.
