Wow, ya got caught. That sucks. Never heard of that program before. When I got caught, zero tolerance was inplace and I just got expelled immediatly for my first offense.

For those curious.
Sounds alot more benign from the reading material then i'm sure it is. On the one hand you don't have a record. On the other who gives a flying dick about a record if you're a juvenile provided it's for a minor or first time offense which is what this sounds like it's geared towards.
Slap on the hand system because the juvenile courts are under too much stress. Kinda lame IMO.. /oldmantime .. back in my day we either didn't do crap worth getting caught doing or didn't get caught. You kids...

Best advice i can give is this:
Roll over, fetch, play dead. Get it over with with a smile on and just don't get caught again. I've been where you are but never technicly got caught doing anything that wasen't warranted when i was younger so got cut loose without much drama.
They're much more interested in you saying what they want to hear than any actual rehabilitation if the juvenile courts i've been involved with are any barometer for the institution as a whole.
