Personally if you ask me I really don't think he's guilty.
Given Im not sayin Kackson a kew guy shit Imean the mutha fucka is wierd as shit but I just don't see him doin that shit and I have my reasoning.
My reasoning is that I think the kids parent were just tryin to get money out of his rich black (popularly white) ass.
Because if you look back when this happened the first time Michael settled out of court because he was in the middle of a tour and his career was still full swing.
Now that he's not performing anymore I think this actually served to piss him off and thus he fought back instead of takin this bullshit. Also back on the 1st time he was accused, I think that was bullshit too 'cause if that shit happened to my child there's no fuckin way I'd settle out of court.
Also take note that out out of all the fuckin years Neverland has been around and the amount of children that have been there and ONLY 2 have been allegedly mollested?.........B U L L S H I T.
I honestly believe they saw Michael as an easy target for cash and wound up with jackshit. If I were Michael I'd straight sue those mutha fuckers jsut to make it known I won't take that shit from dumb people.
I really didn't want to post here and further this can of opened worms, but this was said so eloquently and it's also pretty much how I feel about the whole situation, I just had to post. Personally I feel this is a very nice analogy.
I could add a tad more to it, but I won't. I also agree with the fact it's done and over and let it rest.
Lastly Noxxx is right about the criminal case. It was just a stepping stone for the civil case to come. As some of you know my sister was killed by a drunk driver who was also on prescription drugs at the time while drinking a lot of different types of liquor. We had so many doctors and cops there and just a ton of expert witnesses saying that 1 +1 + 1 stacks and makes you even more out of it. Needless to say because the guy took the drugs in the morning and drank throughout the day, and although he was legally drunk at the time of the accident but didn't get tested for another 3 hours because of his head injury and my sisters death, he got off scott free. That was almost 6 years ago.
My brother-in-law, neice and nephews finally had their day in civil court this past May. Let's just say they should never have to worry about money ever again. In their case I feel it's very justified.
In the case of Michael Jackson, I feel they wanted the same thing as when that other guy went after him and MJ settled. This time he said screw you, take it to court and you see the outcome. Now they'll take it to civil court. Thing is do they have enough evidence to do this? I think not, whereas the evidence we had against the person who killed my sister and the trailer hitch company who manufactured a faulty hitch for the boat he was towing that literally killed my sister had phenomenal evidence against them.
Hope you get what I'm saying here.
