Among other fails I've noticed..this one takes the cake. He also claims he's on stage 3 relic bow..and he thinks he could get into my shell because he "has a relic!"
 
Sheesh! That is some serious fail right there. /nin is for soloing/manaburning on lower level blm and sch, not for parties (which I assume that was). I leveled it for that reason tho now that I got 75 blm, I use it as a whm campaign sub, not on BLM much (RDM sub there now).. (Tho if you caught me doing that and asked me if I'd like to party, I'd say "Give me a second! and switch it to /sch.)

And I don't blame you for not letting him in shell. Relic is not a ticket to get into any shell IMO. And heck, he could of been pulling your leg on that..Especially if he didn't equip it to show you.
 
I think I'm confused at your reply. The fail isn't that he subbed nin (party or not..though this was a duo)..it was that he thinks casting ichi twice gives you 6 shadows lol.
 
Yeah, JRS is a dumbshit. Avoid at all costs lest u lose your sanity and yeah he did go /nin to a few exp pts as well on his sch
 
lmao i saw him idle in Sandy (S) after a campaign battle and he was level 68 RDM.
I looked at his gear and I thought to myself "is this guy for real?"
I heard rumors about jaderattlesnake but I didn't think the guy/girl was in his/her own little fantasy world..
"it stacks twice"... oh the many many many lolz...
 
HA. What an idiot. I've heard he pretty much does things like this all the time. Complete idiot.
 
I meant it shouldn't be subbed in normal parties, period. But that's even worse.

You don't get more shadows from any utsu spell if you cast it twice.
 
Soon we're gonna have to make a compilation thread for this guy.
 
He once asked me if I would help him skill up his Staff on his SAM cause he was having trouble.

for those out there thinking of taking pity and letting him in their shells, know that he gets angry when he asks for help and no one responds... to the point that he'll start sending tells harassing every member... had to boot him from my social back when he first stared out... it was a tense two weeks with me not only getting tells from him cause "everyone should be helping him" but also every member asking "wtf is this noob sending everyone tells". He's a headache, and I'm fairly sure he doesn't realize he's playing with other people.
 
Yeah, he is a huge idiot, everyone on Quetz knows about this noob. I haven't had any experience with him firsthand yet, but I've heard many stories. One person in my LS told me that he was with him on a subligar run. He refused to sub nothing else but blu on his sam I believe. Then while the pty were low on mp and had to rest, he said to the pty: "Hey, look what I can do!" Then he pulled a Taurus upon the pty and dumped it on the pty's tank and forced d/c. He never came back that night.

He is way too idiotic for this game.

So, do you think a Nin can get 12 shadows if they recast Uts: Ni on themselves 3 times?

After reading that I started to wonder if maybe he plays just to be a troll on all of us for some private laughs. But then I thought back to some SCs I saw of him talking like a total idiot and was reassured that he is indeed an idiot.

On a serious note, yeah keep away from that guy, I had the pleasure to level with him when he WAS leveling his sam. Fun time people, I can tell you that. Arrogant prick to boot.
 
There's a few people I can think of from Midgard that are about this caliber of stupid. I'll continue to refrain from naming names, but I keep hoping to see one or two of them pop up as the subject of a thread on here, once some unfortunate native Quetz person happens to stumble across one of them.

Thanks for the warning about one of your resident Quetz "special people" though. :)

I didn't think people could be this way on ffxi, but I was proven wrong obviously lol!
I'm just waiting for the day jade finds his way on qcdn and stumbles upon this thread..

To Jade: Pick up a bradygames guide of FFXI and read the whole thing, just for the lolz. Once that's over, see how many times you can get utsu: Ni to stack this time :D
