Was just wondering approx. how many people are required to attempt one of these i.e Jailer of Faith etc.I know the love one is pretty hard so not dreaming of that yet.
 
Pt of 12 should be able to take Faith.
 
I think we had 8 first time we did faith and won.
He isnt that hard, just have whm's stay on their toes
for stona and keep a few melee on it to interrupt his spells.
 
If you can do Kirin, I'm sure you can do them all up till Love.

Love and AV. Thats another story...
 
Cool so i guess an alliance should be able to take down most of them
 
faith can be trioed by 2 smn and a nin.
temperance can be done by a very good party.
fortitude takes around 12 people.
justice, hope, temperance, take around 18+
love takes over 30 with like 15 blms lol
AV is just rediculous and is impossible now with any number.

Wouldn't it be even more interesting if AV was further updated to give it the new jobs two hours and other abilities as well? I mean, it's not really like it would matter or anything, since the addition of Draw-In, it's pretty much impossible anyways, why not give it 6 Puppets and Blue-Magic too? :)
 
Anyone know a website with info on popping / beating these etc? for beginners

The 1st Jailer is Temperance (the pot), it is spawned by killing a placeholder pot in the Grand Palace. Jailer of Temperance will spawn when the right pot is pwnd. When it is defeated it will drop the 1st Virtue (Used to pop the 2nd Jailer, Hope).

We can go anyday to try them.

They do not always drop virtues and to pop the tier 2 jailers you also need to kill the ix aerns for the chance at the item they drop. You also need HQ organs to pop the Tier 2 jailers as well.

Temperance will pop within 5 seconds of the placeholder being killed if he is going to pop. If Temperance doesn't pop within those 5 secs move on.
 
Jere i knew about the Ixarens and organs and didn't mentioned them because i wasn't thinking that far up. But, the part about the % of numbered Virtues drops i didn't imagine... and thats cheap!

I was just letting you know in case you were not aware of that fact. I have killed Temperance twice and Fortitude twice with my ls and we only have only seen a Virtue drop once. We have also had one troque drop as well so far.
 
Wow Jere, that drop rate is hard for SEA farming.

My son must've knew or have heard you talking about Jailers when we do Limbus (because i'm here at my office and hes at home playing till I arrive). I get home halfway in the run, that's why i appeared to not know. hehe

what torque did u get? just curious.
 
Just looking for a good strat to kill temprance and Faith atm (The Easy Ones).I know Tymon said that faith can be trio-d and temprance can be taken down in a party,but still duno in wat kind of setup.
 
Faith I suggest one PLD with w.legs to kite around, BLMx2 or so, RDM, WHMx2, and a couple melee if you wanna be fancy and do a SC for the BLM to nuke on. You need someone to check who is the target so he can run away. SMN is great too if you have but absolutely not required. Otherwise it's a pretty straightforward NM. NIN, well, if you got good BLM, he won't keep hate long enough, I prefer PLD by far.

Temperance is much harder in my opinion. same thing, you kite the pot around. Melee much better on this one. I wouldn't bring less than 12 for Temperance. Faith you can kill with 6~8 who know what they're doing.
 
Temperance can only dmg by melee .. blm are too weak on him

Dayner is correct. 1st Jailer is damaged only by melees.
