idk, I think having people without costumes made it much more serious to the person they were pranking, they guy in trigger happy just didnt wanna get trampled.

But, in america, people can be sued for grabbing someone random, and tossing them in the air a couple times, lol. In japan, it seems they have a laid back sense of humor. (like when people were sliding down the ski slope naked, lol) People wouldve been sued, had that happened in america.

I'm sure if you see a mob of people, in costume or not, running in your direction, you're going to run too. Getting trampled is not going to be on your mind when you see a group of people running in the opposite direction. You are going to run away or run with said mob. You have no idea what they running from but you're going to get your ass out of the way.
