I found an interesting game when i was watching youtube and i figured i would share it with you guys.

The goal of the game is to recreate the JFK assassination as close to reality as possible. This means the correct number of shots and the correct timing of the shots.

What i want to see is who in the qcdn group can get the highest and when you get it please post on here a printscreen of what that high score is.

There is a link for download on the below page.
http://www.cool.com.au/computers-technology/personal-computers/jfk-reloaded-revisited-20060414256/

So far my best score was 425 out of a possible 1000 points.

Also if you want to find a guide to how to achieve the most possible points here is a guide to how all of the points are earned.

Oh hey I remember this, came out a few years ago and was supposed to be controversial but ended up no one really cared outside of a few politicians trying to make a name for themself.

Yeah, this is pretty old news. I remember when the game came out there was a contest to see who could recreate it the best.

interesting... personally I think JFK was a horrible person.. a womanizer and whatnot :| I bet if he wasn't assassinated he would have eventually gone down the tubes like many presidents these days.

I can't figure out if you're retarded, or you think you're cool by posting things that people will obviously find retarded.

Quite the buzznuggler.

Yeah JFK was such a horrible person, how dare he prevent missiles from Cuba be launched onto US soil, how dare he! The bastard!

Yeah? Well that isn't as bad as fake sending us to space.

Yeah, Kennedy sucked! Screw the fact that he had a hand in civil rights back in the day, or proposed changes in immigration laws to keep families together, or created the Peace Corps. He had a weakness for women!(read: was a heterosexual male in a position of power)

Seriously, if having a weakness for the opposite sex(or same sex if you roll that way) was enough to overshadow the good things you've done of a country, then NO ONE would be able to be considered a decent leader. The thing about people is, i know its odd, they're not perfect.

Everyone has their faults, and calling someone "horrible" out of hand because they cheated on their wife is very shortsighted, imo. Now don't get me wrong, I don't condone cheating on your spouse. Personally I believe that if you cant keep your marriage vows, you shouldn't get married in the first place, but thats another topic altogether. But I also don't think its wise to be calling someone something thats relegated normally to people like Stalin, Castro, Mao or Hitler. Womanizer, yes. "Horrible person"? Common.

Kennedy proved to be a good president in hindsight, if the ends justify the means. He had the guts to go toe to toe with Krustchev in a game that brought us closer than ever to a nuclear war. It was like a game of chicken. We were just lucky that Krustchev backed down. I guess that was Kennedy's strong suit. He was charismatic and not afraid to make big statements. Declaring that we'll have a man on the moon, winning a war of words with the Soviet Union - it's a sharp contrast to modern politicians who are so afraid of the consequences of failure that they hardly make any stands at all. Kennedy was reckless. He was similar to the current Bush in that regard, except somehow, luck was always on his side.

Yeah, and who'd name their child after an airport? Sheesh.

lol, come now.. if you actually studied the election he was by far the least qualified person for the job.. the reasons he won are because the first impressions from TV audiences found him more appealing and found Nixon (not that he was much better a person in person, lol) less appealing. It was a shallow reason.. you know? The first debate, people who watched thought Kennedy won but those who listened to the radio thought Nixon won.. what does that tell you? It tells me society is shallow and that those who actually listened to what was said found Nixon to have won the debate. *shrugs* You do also know that Kennedy's father was quite.. hmm.. a rather large criminal and did a lot of bribing and whatnot behind the scenes to help his son get elected? Hell, there is a HUGE fiasco in Chicago and, I believe it was, Tennessee (but not sure, I know it was another state). Much as we had problems in 2000 election with Florida.

And then there was Kennedy's policies, I think he handled things a bit too poorly when it came to world issues, he was way too aggressive, I don't know if Nixon would have been any different or better tbh so I'm not gonna claim he would have been better, I just think JFK wasn't as good.

I'm just saying, the major reason he's loved for the wrong reason to my knowledge.. most seem to love him because he was a victim and was assassinated. I have a problem with that, I also have a problem with how shallow society is but that's a fairly separate issue (that came into play with Kennedy but not entirely related to him with this :P)

So you are basing your entire opinion about Kennedy on how he won because he was good looking? And we are the shallow ones? Not to mention the fact you are comparing Kennedy to the ONLY President to be impeached and left office.

And if being aggressive is a bad quality, GTFO of my country that is founded on aggression as every piece of documentation this nation is founded on came from an act of aggression against something that could have destroyed us.

And to say JFK is loved because he was assassinated is bullshit. He is loved because of what he was able to accomplish in 3 years that most Presidents would shit themselves over if they were able to do it in 2 full terms. And since when did you ever have a problem with being a victim? You play alliance in WoW don't you? If anyone has ever been victimized, isn't it you? Sarcasm off.

I know I am not the only one that is glad you are able to recollect some High School teacher's extra "tidbit" of information he gave you that wasn't in the text book to hopefully further your knowledge of the irrelevant, but next time bring it up when it might serve a purpose.

Yeah this game is pretty fuckin old. Great game though, definately one worth bringing to the attention of youngsters that never heard about it.

They did a section on this game in last week's episode of Rise of the Video Game, if any of you watch that...which I know you don't.

EDIT: As for the whole JFK thing - I say he was a bad person, but a good president.

Leave it to Elemmire to turn a topic about an internet game into some kind of crusade against society. It's astoundingly ironic how someone who turns every single statement into some kind of rant about how shallow society is, is a paradigm of shallowness in attitude and action. {Mirror} {Do you need it?}
