Jittery motion

This seems to be a problem in every game I play on my laptop, even 2D ones. What it basically is is that whenever something is moving (running in FFXI, little people in an RTS), the game will occasionally stutter or something, and everything will flash back to a point they were a second before, even though they're still moving.
My graphics card is an ATI Radeon Xpress 200M. Not the best out there, I know, but I don't think this should be happening with every game.

I had this card awhile back but upgraded, Uninstall your driver and install the updated one.
