Anyone who missed Jon Stewart's little appearance on CNN's Crossfire the other night has to go http://bitflood.org:8080/?file=791b2f5d95a54d1381b85f271b51f71e73964185" and download it. My love for Jon Stewart has increased 100 fold and I already had considerable love for him in the first place. Seeing him call Crossfire "partisan hackery" pretty much just made my entire year.

PETA or not (and I have no use for that group), his Crossfire appearance was still pretty awesome.

are you vegetarian kipsy? im not, but agre they do treat the animals in there wrong. But there really isnt a better method of killing them then they have now.
 
Im sorry but my first job I ever had was in an animal research center at harvard medical school. Those pictures PETA uses to show animal testing are FALSE! All your medicines and surgery were all used/done on animals before they are released to you. If you beleave in PETA's views please... if you ever get sick or hurt DO NOT GOTO HOSPITAL, just lay on your death bed becouse thats the only thing out there not animal tested.

No, I'm not a vegetarion. But I have no respect from anyone who finds pleasure in the slaughter of animals.
 
I'm with Zimzum on this one. At the risk of sounding horribly Norman Rockwell about it, hunting was one of the days my father put food on the table during a mine layoff when I was a kid. I grew up in the hunting industry; I have my criticisms about it, but most hunters do have a sense of ethics where animals are concerned.

I haven't met very many who think hunting an animal to extinction is a good idea, although your milage may vary as to whether you think that's because they want to manage their numbers so they can kill them. PETA is just a little too nutty extremist for my tastes, and I'm not fond of their support for people who go around fire-bombing labs.

Now, if PETA wanted to firebomb Tucker Carlson... I might be able to support that.
