That's exactly what this is about. There's nothing "noble" about claiming an unclaimed NM. They are trying to act like what they did was right when it wasn't. Just call a steal a steal instead of something heroic. Nice insult, btw. :roll:

Whatever. This is going to keep happening until S-E gets off their asses and fixes the problem of bsts losing claim all of the time when they try to charm and fail. It isn't fair, and they just don't seem to care. There shouldn't have even been an option for anyone else to claim Pallas until Deniro died. That's why this topic pisses me off so much. Any other group fighting him, even if they had gotten in big trouble and gotten bats on them, wouldn't have lost claim. I don't even want to think about how long it took Deniro to get it down to that amount of life soloing it, just to have his chance taken.

If the mob turns yellow it is up for grabs. Technically nothing wrong with anything anyone does when it turns yellow.

Morally? Who are any of you to decide what someone else should do morally?

I don't care if someone has Vrtra at 1% and have fought her for 2 weeks if she turns yellow it is up for grabs and you sit there and watch all your hard work go down the drain. Too bad.

and rappa, I agree w/ you on the claim thiung, that does kinda suck they havn't fixed that. I can't count how many times I've been lvl'n bst and my mobs go unclaimed as I'm getting a pet.
 
actualy im supprised Jonas even let you have the time to look for a pet if it was me ill just kill all the Charmable mobs (the Jonas i know would to) and you can either let me have it or your ass is dead end of the story there
 
"Stealing" is a word non existant in mob claim. Players don't make up the rules.

First of all as a bst I have to say that if the mobs are link with you there is now way to take care of it fast most of the time you die or have to zone. I soloed Aquarious when he still dropped cloth with people trying to steal and had no problems.

If you sit and let it go unclaimed because you are waiting for bats to respawn while someone is curing you to keep you alive, dont copmlain about the person curing you, what should they have let you die then taken the mob? Would you feel better then?

Also I have tried to take pallas with another bst friend and couldnt do it there aren't enough pets up there. What made you think you could kill a level 72 mob with 13(thats how many bats spawns there are up there) level 62-66 mobs he is going to kill them very fast and you are going to be out of luck.

I really want to know though would you have felt better if they let you die and left the mob unclaimed for the gil sellers running down to take him?

And, I didn't claim the NM, me and the pld WERE pulling off the links. Jonas is the one who shadowbind the NM. Btw, he was using warp scroll to leave, moved from what it looks like to take that SS, then went back and warped out. Trying to kill it? He was trying to run away. The same way people take NMs from lower levels running away in terror because they missjudged their level.

O.o... let me get this strait. I see a level 30 trying to camp O.Kotes... nearly die from the NM as I cure him, he's running away with links, my party pulls links off, the "noble" thing to do is let him zone, or die first before taking NM? When he clearly can't kill it...?

Wait a sec, a level 68 bst, can take care of 1 level 72 mob, and four links? Only one of which is charmable and is level 62-64? I don't understand. Pallas took out his pets one by one easily without dropping below 50% hp. He ran out of the higher level bats and ran to where there are only two lower level bats left. He threw one at Pallas, tried to warp as I cured him. I'm really not seeing your logic here at all. You're saying basicly, a 68 bst vs. 72 NM + 4 links between 60-68... the bst would win? Maybe you aren't understanding. He was at 10% hp just from Pallas and the linked giant... let alone the ones that came after I cure 5'ed him. These things are decent challange to 75.... hes 68 from his signature... that means what, tough? *sigh*... right. Solo it + 4 links.
 
Didn't the same thing happen several months ago with Prophecy and Aquarius? It was BoL members stealing claim then and they "justified" it by saying if its yellow its free to claim. Same thing now roles are reversed. Ironic isn't it...?

you should just have let that bitch die. He's an ass, so wtf do you try to save him?! Really, if it was me I would have, like Kireek said, killed all of the charmable monsters, and then watched him get beaten up while /pointing and /laughing.

He deserves it after all the MPK attempts, and annoying "fat-galka blocking view" attempts, and mob training to stop you from claiming NM's.

they watched me kill it to 15% b4 stealing

they killed my other pet trying to stop me from killing it i was on the way to get a fresh on when they stole

also they only had to cure me cos they stole it and it was still hitting me

also the ldr of BHE was there fighting also i would hav thought the ldr would know better then to steal from anyone and mpk. FACT

i could have warped out b4 dying anywayz cureing was a weak ass attempt to cover up there shady dealings
