I made no reference to him other than he claimed Aquarius unless that means he's a tard for claiming him, but then again you are the one making him out like than, not I. It was BoL members "stealing" claim then and now its a BoL member getting the claim "stolen" from them. See the irony now or should I hold your hand and explain it for you in further detail?
In the previous flame, Prophecy made the claim on Aquarius and once it went yellow(unclaimed) several BoL members went and took it from Prophecy. I am not sure whether he actually got MPKed or not, nor would it matter. All that matters is they both went yellow and the act of "stealing" was there.

A quote directly from that flame from the leader and owner of BoL giving his consent to taking claim on a NM once it is yellow and that it is not stealing.
Now how is this different? Deniro claimed, then couldn't handle claim and lost claim. Akisu even tried helping but to no end until finally Jonas took claim from him. The Answer: its not any different. Also once again, in the previous post Proph flamed all of BoL when it was only a few members and Deniro makes the specific reference to BHE which was entirely unneccesary now as it was then.
So for all those that cannot understand irony:

BoL says its OK to take claim from a NM once it goes yellow and its your own fault for not being able to hold claim. Deniro a member of BoL loses claim and possibly but doubtfully gets attacked from the mob and has claim tak en from him. He then complains about having his claim stolen from him even tho his LS says this is NOT stealing.
I also put stealing in quotes because it is arguable about whether it is actually stolen. No one has ownership over a NM and everyone has a right to claim that NM when it is unclaimed; however, there are moral issues as to whether it is right or wrong to take it once someone has claimed and still has the ability to kill the mob. Some would prefer to die first and know for a fact they cannot take the NM. Others believe letting the NM kill the person when it is obvious they cannot take it is wrong and you should do something to save that person. However, this is topic for another discussion and probably not suitable for the flameboards.
