Anyway, back on topic. Akisu you claim the NM went unclaimed in 10 seconds? You know, mobs don't do that for 30 seconds normally. It's to prevent someone from holding a NM and resting(through sleep/bind/whatever) and just holding the mob there for themselves, to match the 30 second wait for your first restoration of HP/MP to kick in.

It didn't go unclaimed naturally then.

That doesn't seem too matter that much. From the pic Deniro gave us Pallas was obviously at 20-25% or so and from what Akisu was saying she was dumping thousands of HP into Deniro to keep him alive. To me, at least, it seems obvious that Deniro losing claim (via time, death, whatever) was more a matter of when as opposed to an if.

What I see here is Deniro flaming them for taking him out of what appears to be a hopeless situation and letting him get out of there without losing a possible 2400XP from HPing after Pallas would have finished him off. It's not like they ganked Pallas while Deniro was going swimmingly kiting and killing him - he's in trouble, has uncharmable links on him and if not for the counter-campers would have lost Pallas through his HP being 0.

Yeah, biggest reason why you don't see BSTs camping any NM that requires effort is this bullshit.

And Masterorion already said that he wouldn't do it because it's morally wrong. And I do agree, I wouldn't have stolen the mob if it was anyone besides Deniro, and maybe Teppo. (sorry Teppo, now that's Deniro is back you don't take the #1 spot on my hated list)

Thats not my point. People are adamantly against others removing .dats, which was a glitch in the game, yet not this? One job out of 15 can't compete due to a problem thats been around forever that Square, for some reason, refuses to fix.
