Ok I kind of almost understand the first line /attack <bt> but what happend of a link was pulled and the mage sleeps the link now both targets are red. Hmmm what one do you attack the one everyone is on or the link. Now for the second line WTF cast bio on the mob its a pointless waste of MP. Also if you want to waste MP why not cast Bio II? Now for the 3rd line stun! I think that is even dumber then casting Bio you have just wasted one of the best spells a drk gets at a pointless time in battle. So what do you do when 15 seconds after your macro is done and you need to stun something?

All this has been established a number of pages back.
He casted Bio and Stun because he wants to skillup his Dark Magic. Faulty way of doing it, and I'm sure he's rectified it.
As for casting Bio instead of Bio II, perhaps he doesn't wish to over-ride Dia II? No, it couldn't be that... that'd just be... too simple.

Meh, I do know I lost a LOT of rep and respect, I think it's why I'm been LFP for 4 days. Soloing off of campaign.
~ Though yeah. It's not a GREAT way to live life, but I learn from my mistakes, sometimes I need to make them more then others to realize them. (Hence 2 failed posts lol) I like to keep it 'real' and blunt. I'm not afraid of giving it, nor receiving it (though certain dues are to be paid at certain times). Other then that. Yeah. Slowly improving my skill as a DRK, and I must say. I still keep hella hate. Was campaigning and I would just use regular GUI at like 70% > 50% > 30% and the SE+GUI for the last 10% off mobs on campaign and yet I still keep hate quite often. Only other ones who take hate off me are NIN or DRK. Plus, Aspir > Drain > Aspir > Drain are easy and with the lack of a better word, a smart way to level dark magic, including TP. Though it sucks when you get 14% one time and 91% the next...
. I feel I should say thanks for this Chuck Norris round house slap in the face. I really needed it. /bowNo need to even have a Attack macro, but that is just me

Bio II is a really good thing to have.
Dia (when i was leveling anyway) was used when you had ninja tanks, while Bio was with Pld tanks. I don't know if its like that anymore, but if you ever have to tank as Drk, Bio II is too great of a gem to pass up.

I second this. Bio for obvious reason. Lower attack = lower damage. Being that paladins get hit, the less damage the better. Dia lowers def right? If it does i can see how that would work. Being that NIN tanks hit kinda shitty. THe less DEF on the mob, the more Damage they can do to add hate to them.

I still live by that creed, as a matter of fact. And in a pinch, if you're say, duoing/farming without anyone who can cast Dia, Bio II is better than nothing.
I also second Kel's thoughts that an attack macro is completely unnecessary, especially while playing on PC.

Yeah, I made the mistake of Bio for Pld and Dia for Blink tanks when I started too. A certain pld in Boyhada tree showed me the error of my ways when the entire party told me to switch since the pld was taking so little damage...
It's Dia all the way in exp parties for me unless it's solo or magic damage heavy setup. That way every DD does more damage per hit, Weaponskill damage is increased, mob dies faster, next mob can be killed sooner, etc. etc. .
But yes, if you're tanking, Bio it.
