It's not bad actually, we noticed a difference in dynamis-xarc yesterday with the circle against demons to the point mori is considering spreading out SAMs a bit in different pts lol..

The same goes with holy circle, we used it a couple of time getting through beaucedine amongst other things and I noticed a substantial difference too.

This wasn't the best update ever. But the additions of the past areas, the new mini expansion and unions made up for the other stuff imo

Yeah, I didn't totally dislike the new update. Sure some stuff aint all that great, but the NIN update and the addition of Northlands was good stuff (got pwned by a Amphiptere in Beaucedine Glacier yesterday =P)

I like the northlands, the above mentioned dragons are cool, don't seem to be very high lvl (hit my taru BLU for 150+, 250+ on crits, with no cocoon). Also the little floating heads might be a good thing to solo merits on, the only seem to cast Flood, and went down easier then an imp for my BLU.

They cast aga-III's too. But should be able to headbutt.

Anyone else dissapointed with the Union system? I was expecting something like an expanded party system. Part > Alliance > Union. Where you weren't lotting against everyone else, just what you and your Alliance earned.

What I meant was that the Unions are player run. You register with the C.A. to start the Union, then invite friends to join in your union. So the Union is private, not public, and you are only lotting against those people in your party/alliance for the campaign spoils.

To defend their thinking, the Unions are just ways to distribute some goods they feel need to be in greater numbers to the general population. I think it's really just to even out the value of a few items, and perhaps get a few more relics started by (in the grand scheme of things) adding more currency. If you allowed this to be private bidding, you'd have campaign shells designed to farm these items for profit, if any of value actually exist.
