This was my 3rd real run because my first was a test run, yet I was still nervous as hell and hands shaking.
First run: Asuran Fisted (need i say more?)
Second run: Time Expired RIGHT AFTER i used a 50K Vile Elixer ... /pissed
So don't use defense food etc (you run out of time)
Don't heal with dark staff (just use Hi-ether or two) ... it takes too
much time
And don't use Lord's Gear because you need your mp
Third Run:

Equip Opo-opo Necklace, Protect IV, Shell III, Hi ether, Sole Sushi, Sleep Potion, (equip Blink Band, Haste Belt and other Gear,) Sleep Potion, Yagudo Drink, Hi Ether, Sleep Potion, Au Lait, Sleep Potion, Blink Band,
Haste Belt, Switched out Blink and Haste gear for fighting gear, Cure II then engaged (for some reason I only had 92% TP):

I never used a Vile Elixer or Vile Elixer +1 that i had on hand so that's 145k coming back to me ^_^
I did this on Firesday and my friend (Vigaut) did also and neither of us got hit with Asuran Fists
Dammit! I forgot to see what my time was!
I forgot to flash regularly and had no mp drink on for a lot of the fight as you can see, yet I did still win with ~450 HP and ~80 MP
Eye drops were worthless I thought, well not needed at least
Shield skill seems to help more than defense
