OK, lets be a littler clearer. SHADOBOY is the player. Here are a small background details that our poster forgot to add. He asked for help and was not ready many times, strung them along for SIX HOURS on 2-3. Then DITCHES them part way, comes back and wants them to help him more. He did this on a few things he asked for help for just not to the 6 hour extreme. While he was doing this, I was running a 5-1 to rank 7 run in all nations for the LS. My Linkshell prides itself on helping people, even the new players so they do not do the same mistakes we did when we started.
Shadoboy also did not listen to them explain shit. We say SHIELDS he gets Aspir knifes and tries to trade, he asks "Where are elishmo frogs?" We say off monsters near sea serpent grotto or crafting items off the AH. Then the great debater goes "NO! it is Cooking not a crafting item!" Says Cooking is not a craft.... Then won't stfu on it. These are just a few examples of what he did. After being warned on countless times on his behavior he gets very very nasty. Mind you his excuses were "I'm new", "I don't know all these rules on the game" "Why are you attacking me" <Last player to give me that line had felt the LS should buy all of his armor as he leveled up.> SERIOUSLY using manners does not require a PHD. He was given multiple chances and warnings. Any other player would have been kicked a lot sooner, but as he was a noob we tried very hard to help him become a better player. I and two other linkshell members spoke to him that very day about his behavior and well 8 hours later I get threatened and LSmates get /t threats from this asshole. He also was bugging people to give him money and stated he did not plan to pay them back.
The OP is trying to warn our fellow players that DO NOT want a moron of this players caliber in their LS. I would have liked a warning on this guy before he got to my shell. And this OP is doing that for the other shells who actually believe in helping their fellow player learn the game so they do not become one of the level 75 idiots. As for the people bitching about grammar and spelling... I doubt you have a PHD either and derailing a thread for that just shows how small minded you are. As for being unflame worthy the OP stated this was a warning. And if some asshole went as far as to threaten you linkshell members wouldn't you want to save other people the grief and drama such a player would bring to the game you pay to play. Heed the warning or not that's your choice.

I am also in Ker and Dag's LS and have been for 2 years give or take a month or two. I have always seen them treat the people in thier LS fairly and repectfully. Neither has ever been quick to drop the hammer and kick someone from the shell unless the person insisted on being profane during hours when thier kids can see. Even then I've never seen then not give fair warning to that person which would include a "please my kids are watching".
I was not present for the Shadowboy incident but knowing them I am sure he must have really over-steped boundaries with a B-I-G HUGE leap.

He was not yet high enough to do eco warrior or garrison nor was he even on the shell two days when he made his complaint. On my shell anyone is able to make an event. he was lv 30 when he tried the 2-3. Same time he did this I took a lv 37 from rank 3-3 to rank 7-1 bastok. He spent 2 days on that stupid mission with the 6 hour crap being when he said he was ready for the fight <which he was not>. Then said it took six hours because of the distance.

That is pretty bad, but he's a newb and the map doesn't mark who you're suppose to talk to. So asking where the NPC is isn't a bad thing. If someone ever references allakhazam just laugh at them, seriously. 6 hours? You should have kicked him when he said it took him 6 hours for travel. He probably does not even have his chocobo license.

Yes darn it Ker and goat should have just chipped in and bought him an airship pass so the poor thing doesnt need to spend 6 hours wandering about the map(sarcasim there I promise, never serious), I think it was mentioned he had his highest job late 20's or something so a chocobo licence should have been there to gain.
Course that always brings up the other new player syndrome I often see, "NINJA IS KOOL can I get that job and dual-weld PLZZZ!" right when they hit level 30 war with maybe a lv 5 or 6 mnk sub.... They wanna be Ninja's.
Wonder if Keryan recalls the lv 30 DRG that wanted to go to TOAU areas right after hitting 30 so he could unlock COR and sub it on his Dragoon. As I recall he got a lot of help too and wasnt very greatful, he had no silent oils or invisible powders and no idea really where he had to go or what to do to unlock a pass to new area even. Like I said before, I admire their patience.
