Or in this case, lack thereof. So... I have a lot to do over the next three days. Namely, two take home finals, a term paper, and three in class finals... two of which will essentially determine my entire grade for the semester. My brain hurts already...

Here's the best part. I sit down, having just moved home to get away from distractions (as I live close enough to drive to the in class finals) and my desktop, the computer I essentially live out of... is dead. Not even my computer-savvy roommate can resurrect the beast. So now I'm on the backup compy... this laptop, which lacks most of the programs that I'll need. I dunno who I pissed off, cause karma SUCKS.

I have vented, I feel a lil better now. ._.

I don't think it'll be quite as daunting as it felt when I first posted... I've already done all the research for the term paper, and that's in books, so I didn't lose that... Also, one of the finals is essentially an opinion paper that doesn't have to really be backed up by much. It's just that overwhelmed feeling cause my brain moves too fast and so I see everything I have to do instead of just the next thing. I have to work on that...

I do the same thing. It's good and bad because you realize it isn't so much afterwards. I'm glad to hear that it won't be as bad as you originally thought.

Oh I'll be here off and on through the day, but I think that the only FFXI I'll be able to do before Thursday-ish is to hop on once a day to check up on my chocobo. Then begins the joy of job searching, as it appears that I'm not wanted for the jobs I had originally sought...

Whatever, I'll worry about that when I get there. As for the library... it's unnecessary, I have the books I need with me. Not a bad thought though.

no one is ever wanted for the jobs they originally seek...wanted to work at a mall and i'm working at a spanish restaurant

but the spanish i'm learning is helpful and is more enterprising if i stay there at least six months or more to put on my resume

Oh I know. Obviously, I'm not giving up, or I wouldn't be job hunting. ;D

But when you have a whopping $6.25 to your name... it's rather depressing. Hence why I'm trying to remedy the situation.
