just saw spiderman2 (jeez im behind)

i absolutely loved this film, director sam raimi is truly a genius.
not only does it contain the some of the best f/x ive seen yet, it
manages to perfectly mingle an intelligent action film with a troubled love story. oddly enough, my favorite part was the "raindrops keep falling on my head" segment.

it's also littered with old spidey comic references and possible future plots
i.e. dr.conners is missing an arm (yay the lizard)

dont know why im posting this, i was just really impressed with this movie.

It was an absolutely awesome film...and it had Bruce Campbell in it >D

Ofcourse it had Bruce Cambell in it, he was in the first one too and if they make a third.. which im sure they will, he's most likely have another small bit role. Why? Because Ash rulez, that's why.

and another couple of quickie shots with Sam's brother ^^

bruce campbell looks odd these days, i saw him on the making of game featurette for the last evil dead game and he looked like he was aging well,
but his appearance in SM2 threw me a little, didnt recognize him at first.
he still the king though i try to watch evil dead 2 at least once a month
out of principle.

I liked it too....tho, I am a tad tired of having to see Kirsten Dunst nipples in every d*mn movie she is in...why does she ALWAYS have to be drenched?! Maybe it is in her contract?

I LOVED Doc Oc tho! I liked the first movie, but wasn't thrilled w/ the Goblin - they did a WAY better job w/ the Doc. He was a badass.

My fav. scene was the one w/ Spidey on the subway - the fight scenes on the side rocked, and when he realized that his mask was off infront of people - and they were all cool about it...was actually moving.

JENDER LOVES HERO MOVIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are making a third one. Thats what Marvel was shooting for if I remember correctly was a trilogy. Plus at the end, It shows who will be the next bad guy. I am not going to give details to the ending cause I do not want to spoil it for those yet to see Spiderman 2. If your curious, They are doing the same with X-Men as well. There will be an X-Men 3 with the ending it had I assume its going to be based off the Phionex Saga. Did not want to deter it off Spiderman but all Marvel films I think are aiming at being Trilogys.
