I wasn't gonna post here.. I really wasnt.. but the reason just changing the name of a LS is gonna change the effect people have on situation. It's only because of the reputation of the LS of coarse. Since it was Kaizen, and most respect and like Kaizen and don't read anything bad about them, they tend to feel more sympathetic towards them and might feel that they deserve some slack. Unfortunately, for OH, this board has made OutterHeaven look like complete jackasses. This is not entirely true at all (even if I might seem like I think that) because there are plenty of good players in the shell.
The problem most people have lies within the leader(s). The leader(s) don't seem caring enough about it to try and improve upon things (atleast in my opinion and some things I've read and witnessed but again.. I don't have too much first hand experience and if I post my experience this will just become an OH flame). It is VERY similar to the BoL and OH flame, and yes, I think we should have gotten most of the drops being that we took it to 1% and, yes, Kurei (the one who got the killing blow) was telling us to [Raise] and [Turn your party flags on] so we could lot on the items. M.Abj: Legs and Pixie Earring would have gone to us (the only good drops really from it except hides and tongue) and that woulda been that. The problem was that we were slow to raising due to the late night and the shock of what just happened. Plus a lot of our mages were dead and without Reraise on.
Anyways... this flame won't really be about NH and Kaizen soon enough. I can already see that coming. Most of NH won't bother posting here and I prolly won't again. I see this as a good time cause for how it started off.. we did really well. Read the good time thread if you wanna know >.>

NH gets claim of KB, fight goes well but takes long because they hadn't expected him to pop and didn't have all the members they needed at the start of the fight. More and More people came in to support to. Because the fight was extended in the beginning though, it went SS.
NH deserves praise here, not only did they get it down to ~4-2% on their first try, but they managed to stay alive with it as SS for a substantial period of time, and continued doing damage to it. However, many people did die, and we received word from someone in the LS that they were wiping.
From what we had seen, and what we had been told, the fight was over. From what we are told now, there were still a number of people in the tunnels for TP gain. When a LS wipes, an NM becomes free claim. Calmly this was discussed, Maseki and others understand the reasoning behind it, it was a misjudgment, but not malicious. The word "Steal" implies intent of taking something that isn't yours, and that was not the motive here.
In the future Maseki and I have both agreed that the person in charge of the fight for the LS that may or may not be wiping will tell the other LS's person in charge when they feel they have wiped. Basically, those who are fighting will know before they actually lose claim, before the last member falls... before observers can make a justified guess... and by them taking the initiative to tell the on looking group, it will allow others to prepare as best they can for the fight. Also, by opening up dialogue so early, drop splits can be discussed.
Ele is correct; we have relinquished drops in the past, or at least portions of them. We've even given drops to informants before as a thank you (i.e. KB popped and no group was in the area that could kill it. We were informed, I think actually by NH, that KB was up and gave them a Hide as a thank you. This was ~ a year ago.). The reason this is not a big flame is because rather than fight over who had the right to do what, Maseki and I admitted our mistakes, and made a plan to prevent them from being repeated. Please also note that Maseki requested that his members stop posting on this thread because it had been resolved…
Again, Pup or Cubs, please lock this thread. This has been a non-issue since we made the request last night...
