I know a guy who had to change his name from Numbnutz because playonline thought it was too offensive. I can't imagine playonline would allow "sluttyvirgin" to exist for long, if at all. I thought of this, but wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt. I hadno reason to distrust you.

You fabricated this whole thing just to start up a fight again, didn't you?

You still don't understand the meaning of the word Hypocracy.
I accused YOU of being sad because YOU needed to craft an excuse to pick a fight. To be a Hypocrite, I would have to have done the same thing, and then criticized you for it. I wrote no lies. I created no thread for the express purpose of picking a fight with someone, and then criticized someone for it. If I had, then I WOULD be a hypocrite.

If you'd like to accuse me of being sad for falling for your ruse? Go ahead. That's you're best determination given facts, and thats fine. I feel like a bit of a sucker myself. Two things I'm not: a hypocrite and anywhere close to as sad as you.

I'm sorry, but I can't really see the harm in someone calling you fat in the game can really affect someone so much outside the game.

I agree with one of the posters, if it really bothers you, just /blist them. That's what its for. If you're really nitpicky, report to a GM for harassment. Honestly, if you're that mad, which it seems you are, you should just go report to a GM. I'm pretty sure they don't go by what is said on the boards to prosecute someone.

So your options to prove a point:

/blist or

Report Sluttywhatever the name was to a GM. If it is Dalecooper (which i don't think so now since he's given a lot of reasons why it wouldn't be h im), then his account will be banned or whatever and I'm sure you can see the relationship.

I don't see what reporting it on here for everyone to see does. This argument seems like a personal conversation between two people but everyone who wanders by gets trapped into. I like to rant about general things (bad stuff that happens that other people can relate to). The people passing through this post here are suggesting things but it doesn't seem like the things they're suggesting is being taken into consideration (minus the DDR comments).

Maybe Slutty so and so really is someone else and eventually they'll get on the boards. You might as well send a tell to him/her to come here since this is where you want to fight the verbal battle. (Just look what happened when Xcalade found out what was being said about him).

Who gives a shit if your fat or not? Last time I checked this wasn't a dating service and we're all hiding behind little sprites anyway.

I mean seriously, you think I care how much you weigh if I'm playing with you in game? All this bitching lately about how you look IRL is really annoying - you're making an issue when there really isn't one there. The great thing about MMORPGs is you don't get judged based on appearances.

If you just wanted to post a picture of your real life self thats cool too, just make a thread like "Share your mug" or something like that. But this thread is really childish - it doesn't pertain to the game at all and brings up issues that I thought we dealt with in grade 2... :?

On a tangent...

I've had to /blist add Sluttyvirgin. (erm, twice).

Having two characters on Quetzalcoatl (neither a mule), I've encountered Sluttyvirgin in the Bastok markets. In both instances it/he/she would use sexually explicit /em's and/or insulting /speak's to (near as I can tell) random passers-by (I somehow managed to escape her/his/its sensibility destroying AOE :oops: )

Pretty base way to get people to browse your bazaar. I didn't bother reporting the incidents to a GM, since that's pretty much was /blist is designed for.

Grade 2? Yeah, that's funny, I think that's what most of the people who play on quetz are up to because you know, I've been called fat more times in the last 3 or 4 months than in my entire life, which is incredibly amusing. As for Dalecooper, please quit ffxi stat. You are lame.
 
I've been called a lot of things on the internet that are rather rude, but who cares? It's not like any of it is founded in reality. Just ignore them - it's not a hard thing to do.
 
Besides if someone called me "Fat" in this game the only thing I'd say back would be "Yeah...I guess taru's are kinda chunky - must be that cooking guild"
 
Anyone who thinks a put down such as "you're fat" online are hurtful, are probably very "slim" somewhere between the ears. I wouldn't take much stock in any personal attacks related to one's real life... Unless you have paranoid delusions that there are cameras in your house, and people are stalking you just to dig up dirt to exploit on a MMORPG... >.>

The guy who posted that was jokeing. It was not a personal attack. I know the guy in game and he does that. This thread has gotten way out of hand and over something that should have been ignored in the first place.
