Keyboardétext problem

Okay, i was downloading a new omega driver and something bad happened when i did a restart so everytime i logged in it would restart. So i did a complete system restore. Anyway as soon as that was done i got all the new programs i needed and everything but now certain keys make weird letters and some have switched with others.

6 = ?
?=é and É

"= È and è

And some others are messed up. Now i know it's not the keyboard cause i have a few spare ones i and switched them all. Does anyone know what i did? or how to fix it?

You changed the region of the keyboard go to control panel
and change it from french (think it is as they use that e)

Some keyboards have different code sets; double check to make sure the keyboard is set properly as well. And what your font set is currently at under the appearance.

-.- everytime i try to set the font to something else it goes right back to arial. I hate computers so much...

ALT+LShift and ALT+RShift switches keyboard mapping. Try that ^^ I do it too sometimes and it completly changes buttons on keyboard
