Hi all,

I have heard a lot of comments about Khazam keys, and I know there are 3 keys necessary. I am not sure, but I believe they keys are located in from Giddeus, from Ghelsba Fort, and from Gusgan Mines. Could someone confirm this? Also I always see people looking for help for the Giddeus Key since I spent most of my time in Windurst. Are the keys from Ghelsba and Gusgan equally difficult or can be soloed at a lower level? Those of you who had already gotten the keys, what was your experience like?

The keys can be gotten in Giddeus, Yuhotto Grotto (sp?), and third floor of Palborough Mines, I don't know if you can get one in Gusgan Mines, only been there once ever.

If your sig is up to date, I doubt you could solo them as a RDM at level 20. When I went for the keys, it was usually 2-3 of us and we were levels 23-25. It wasn't tough at all, if you got good melees they're easy to take down, just need to watch out for links in some places.

The Giddeus key took me forever to get, I think it was like 4-5 hours before all 5 of us had it.

Palborough Mines was simple, the quadavs weren't very difficult and the keys dropped pretty quickly.

The Grotto key was a hell of a experience though, 3 of us went, within the first 7 fights we got 2, then it took us over 2 hours to get the last one, dunno what the hell happened to our luck.

My suggestion, go with a good melee such as a WAR or DRK, whatever works, plan some time for it, because the keys seem to drop pretty randomly, and be aggressive, chances are you'll be having competition while your key hunting, once you've figured out whats a safe health to fight another enemy, do it.

A tactic we did in Palborough Mines is split up and take 3 seprate rooms, each of us had provoke macroed in Party chat, whenever we saw one spawn we would provoke it and the other 2 would join in, we were doing 2 at the same time in some moments, got quick kills like that. Once they died, back to the rooms and rest, and waiting for another spawn.

Hope this helps, its not so bad IMO, just don't try doing all 3 in one night, or you may get pissed off when your first key took only 30 minutes but your second takes over 3 hours.
