This isn't an example of a game having a stranglehold on a person; that's just an asinine hypothesis.

This is a prime example of a person allowing himself (really, his parents allowing him) to lose touch with reality so much that he flipped his shit when they attempted to snap him back into it.

I blame the parents and the kid, because the parents allowed it, the kid allowed himself to get swept up in it too damn much, and it's not the fault of the developers.

What's so hard to understand about this, ffs.
 
I wouldn't blame the game. This isn't an instance of "You don't see FF11 person doing that!!" It could just not be documented. People have murdered others in RL over games.

It is fake. Besides, you can't really cancel a WoW account. The kid could've easily scrounged up 30 bucks somehow to buy a 2 month timecard.
 
This has to be fake. You don't flip out like that at that age. And you're not pussy enough to punch a mattress if you truly are that pissed.

And I doubt he'd shut up after his father yelled "Shut up!" if he were that pissed either.

seems fake to me, but i didn't find it funny in the least myself. more annoying, videos like this just make me never wanna have kids.

I prefer "When I have kids I wont be a piece of shit parent and let my kids get to that point." They grow up right they'll be the greatest thing ever.
 
I concur LOL. My daughter ain't a whiny little brat like some of the other kids I see her age. Raise a child right, and you will have nothing much to worry about.

true, but even the good ones can be annoying as hell =P

personally i don't plan on having kids till I'm well in my 30's, I've always found little kids annoying in general, I'm hoping by the time I'm 30 something I'll have more patience and tolerance. that and everyone's always said "its different when they're your kids"
