No. Its actualy a non-fulfillment of the contract. The only action Sote may take now in regards to contract law, is to demand that his end of the deal be returned (the gil).

To the plumber fixing the toilet and then useing the playstation:
yes, he can, if it is not stated in his contract that he will ONLY fix the toilet and do nothing else. However, he cannot do any damage to things in your home, or use your resources (aka, have a beer from your fridge) unless you said he could. Also, should you ask, he must leave your home, or be in violation of tresspassing laws. But, if you do not ask him to leave after he has completed the task, and does not cause any damage to your home, then he has not breached the contract. Unless he did not fix the toilet. In which case its not a breach, just non-fulfillment. So you ask for your money refunded.

If you're pushing on a wall, working, and you ask a friend to push on it for you while you go push on a THICKER wall. While your friend pushes at it, it is a shortcut? However, this friend apparently put less pushing into your wall and decided to reek the benefits of the decorations of this wall, thus the wall remains a whole and nothing came out of it.

First off, I bolded the I'm not a child because if what you said earlier is true(about being 16), you are.

Relax kiddo, I agree the age makes no differance, but until you have to pay your own way in the world, your not an adult. Not to say your opinions don't matter, but when you have to pay your way in the wolrd, it does change everything. And I grant you I'm an immature adult, but I'm also not that old either.
