What exactly does the Enhance Shield Bash Effect do? A week or so ago some of my LS mates were kind enough to help me get this earring. Since then I've used it in some exp'ing situations and can't for the life of me tell a difference.
I equip a Guardian Ring with my Shield Bash. With the ring it does 27-28 dmg. Actually with the ring and earring it seemed my damage was 18 per hit. Without the earring it was back up around 28.
Now I know Shield Bash is more of a hate spike than a damage move. So does the Enhanced effect give more of a hate boost? That's kind of a hard thing to measure in exp party but would be nice to know. It certainly didn't seem to be necessary for me to hold hate in a party. Is it more of an end-game necessity?
That leaves me with the option of maybe just selling it and splitting the funds with the folks that were kind enough to die a few times to help me get it.
