To clarify back a while, The Relic gun sucks, mostly because its only marginaly better than the current guns, and sufferes from the same problem of being too slow.
For a RNG looking to do a relic, get the Bow, its just a better use of coins for you.

But an Annihilator RNG would never ever have to worry about taking hate, really.

Actually, Annihilator is a full second per round faster than Hellfire+1 and 5 D higher... Slower than the Bow, for sure, but look at it this way - how much longer would a Yoichinoyumi RNG have to wait between WS to avoid dying compared to an Annihilator RNG? Coronach almost encourages the RNG to spam the hell out of it to lower enmity as much as possible.
