A couple of nights ago, I went to help some linkshell buds and others out with a coffer key quest. They'd been going for a while. When I got there and got the party invite, Kolid was in the party. I thought to myself, "OMG this could get messy" but it didn't.

To his credit, he did not say a word to me or to any others that I know of about the run in we had or about the flame I'd posted. He did leave very shortly thereafter, but quite frankly I don't think he could've handled the situation any better than he did.

That also got me thinking, and I went back and checked. Kolid never responded to my original post either, so the flame war I'd been half fearing would result - didn't happen. He's handled this as well as anyone could be expected to - and I hope if I ever get flamed I will handle it as well as he has.

The original event did happen as I posted it, but these events happened as well, and in all fairness I felt I should say something about them. I'm posting this in the same forum as my original post for that reason.

What does it mean? I don't know, and only time will tell. Perhaps I was wrong to begin with. I hope so.

Yeah after the 528th flame about him he stopped coming here i think. :twisted:
 
i use to hate Kolid... he would not stop talking shit to me because i was with one of his friends or something he would just /sh After is a slut random babble... then i talked to him and said wtf is his problem... and once again people spreading lies then he turned out to be a cool guy... but istay away from him in xp he sucks as a RDM

I'm actually friends with Kolid...and I told him about the post. So he knew about it...plus in my old LS forum (he was in this LS, too) someone posted the link and the contents of the original flame to let Kolid be aware of it. So he knew plently well of that flame.

Either way... Kolid isn't so bad. He's nice once you get over the fact that he can be annoying and conceited at times.
 
Man I wonder what you have to do become hated in the flameboard... Like is there somekind of ceremony or special initiation? I mean just to become an enigma where people start flaming you, making threads about stuff that never happend, ect ect... just to see how it plays out would be so cool.
 
I pt'ed with Kolid twice in the past two weeks. He was an excellent pt member. Dispelled when needed. Debuffed as soon as the mob was back at camp. He kept up with Refreshing, I never lost it and I dont think I heard the BLM or PLD complaining about lack of Refresh. The only thing I saw from him that could use a little improvement is Ill-timed Converts. He didnt die or get aggro, but just the places he did it could've put him in danger (say near the mob or in range of an AOE.). Thats all.

Kolid, from what i've seen, is a good RDM.
 
i never denied he wasn't , i say his attitude blows and i havn't liked him for a long time because of it :roll: he always started more shit then he fixed so i found it best to avoid him

He is adding in lies to both this, and his original flame to get y'all on his side, and Pandorda, you are a little puss, you quit because I was in a really bad mood and you weren't helping laughing at me for dieing so many times for a god damn coffer...

Actually I flamed you a while ago. It was that stupid coffer hunt for you where you "claimed" I MPKed you when we got your stupid coffer key. Do yuo really want to bring up all the flames on you? There are ALOT more. You don't want to open that can of worms. God I hope you became a nicer, better player since that time... sounds like you haven't though :(

Well, when yo read this in the Chat log:

P3: Yeah XD"
then i read down a bit more,(didnt get my key)
"The Spriggan hits P2 for so and so points of damage"
"The Spriggan hits Kolid for 100 points of dmg"
Then either the PLD for WHM Saved my ass

Your just lucky I had no acsess to a computer at that point, NOW its about to get messy, espacially for throwing in those extra lies to get everyone on your side.
 
Dude.. why the fuck would or could I MPK you in Eldieme? That place is freakign death. And you were the moron who went afk at a normal zone where anyone could zone things and WHAM your dead. And before we disbanded, I said I was joking. And after everything else people have not just seen but SAW and HAD HAPPEN because of your assholeness really shoots any credibility you would have.

No, I didn't MPK you. When I zoned, I came back to make sure you were in fact alive, which at the time you were. I saw the last key drop, which should had went to you after I disbanded, so whatever happened there, I don't know. And I say it again, why would I MPK someone I'm trying to help? I mean really? It was your fault for sitting at a zone inside Eldieme. Shoulda took my LS's advice not to help...
