By the way Nycon was making it sound, it seemed as though it was something offhand and completely unrelated to the conversation at hand. In RL I've asked friends how exes are doing, its not really a big deal... Unless the person already doesn't like me... in which that is a completely different story. But again even if it was used to incite drama, I think that Nycon is over reacting on the issue.

It was totally random and uncalled for. But, I guess Jamal wanted to try to hit me where it hurt, which didn't quite work because asking how he was while he was browsing QCDN seems a little redundant. Obviously if his health and well being was a concern of mine, he wouldn't be on QCDN, he'd be in a hospital. Me and my ex didn't really have that bad a break up... so it didn't really evoke any anger.

And not to mention his posts were deleted from the chat box. Not sure if it was him or an admin, but that's a little :wacko:.

But I think there's a difference between Rate ups/downs and PMs versus Chatbox and posts. Until either of you brings it out and posts it (not saying Jyakotsu and Bigbroon haven't, I just haven't seen it posted), I think it's private.

That was over-the-line and I apologize. Chat box isn't a good idea around me, at least with a post I can read it over a few times to make sure it's a good idea to post...chat box I see a response (Like Nycon's to what I was currently arguing about) and I post the first thing that comes to mind.

Again, I'm sorry, but I have been punished accordingly.

You're kind of a biased opinion on which would be considered worse though.

In my honest opinion, actually editing a a message under Bluefrost's name saying something along the lines of 'Baby, we need to talk' implying that she's going to break up with him is worse than a jumble of profanity in the form of a rate down.

You have to take into consideration that Jamal had a limited amount of power, but still enough to edit certain things like Visitor Messages, as where Kelyon and Rannoch did not. To my knowledge they did not ever try to mask their insults.

I just went through your rate ups/downs for the last 2 years from Kelyon and Rannoch and I didn't find anything in there that would really be something that I would consider a jab as large as changing a VM to what it was from those two. PMs I can't speak for though.

Those two did alot towards me, but yea I have no backing for the VM thing... proceeeeeed
