Bahamnut, at 60 he was doing the exact same things you described him doing at 45. His macro says "Thief Master TP" etc etc. :roll: I don't know who has been lying to that boy but eesh, hardly a master of that job.

Yeah, I was in a Party with Kari and this thf a couple days ago. We were doing well in valley of sorrows, and he suddenly had to leave. Didn't give any warning, just left. Actually, he said he had to go, and then d/c and when he got back, he wanted a D2 from our blm.

Oh and Mugenteg, that's the best avatar ever.

Yeah, anyway. At first I actually thought Kari was a bad tank /blush :oops: sorry Kari <.< but then Sabs told me that Koug couldn't land a SATA if his life depended on it ; ;. And then I suddenly remember that he also didn't have ant silent oils in the tunnel. And then he died (which ment I cound use Raise II for the first time, yay!), which ment a much faster AND less dangerous fight then when he was alive.

I mean, seriously. I never thought I'd live to the day I see a THF making the fights longer and harder... how hard can it be to learn how to SATA? ; ; you've had 30 levels to get it right, it's not that hard <.<

so... yeah, sorry I doubted you Kari >.>
 
oh, I also forgot to say, that when I asked him if he's using SATA, he replied with a "Yes -.- every time", which might be true since our RDM and DRG were tanking thanks to his "master thief" skills :roll:

Kari did a surprisingly good job though to hold hate as well as she did when the SATA landed on others instead
 
lol... shitty thfs do make for a bad party with a nin tank, but if you were holding hate when he was dead /cheer you XD. He's just another crappy thf giving thfs out in Quetz a bad name. - .-
 
I'll be the first one to say I love partying with a thief, but he sounds like a piece of shit thief, so I'll have to agree with everyone else and say he sounds like a bad one. If there is one thing that a thief needs to do is SATA and do it fast. So many times have I died because a thief is slow at SATA.
 
Only RDM i SATA are the one that melee and neglect their duties. They get a warning to stay away from the mobs ass first and then, i'm out to get ya killed.

How about ppl who have never played THF? ever try to fit a DRG and a THF between a mob and the wall? Turn it buddy! :wink:

lol That reminds me of the one time a mob got unexpectedly turned and the bard was there casting a song and the thief SATA'ed on the bard accidentally. Not the bards fault or the thief's really. Just funny and sad too.
 
It's the thief's fault when they hit the bard. It's just plain funny when they hit the red :P
 
Ive had experiences with this clown, and got one invite.. thank god I turned it down.

I was whm and bored he did a shout for needing a teleport altep, so i send an invite and says he needs signet, fine by me. 5 mins later hes at the AH, 10 minutes he runs by me and goes to his Moghouse. Called him a jerkoff for wasting my time and disbanded.

No more than 5 minutes later (I was grouped, teleing someone else) I get a tell from this guys {Hello!} {Any vacancies?}.

Stay away from this clown, hes bad news. :?

Lol I've seen so many RDM get SaTa'd in the last few levels. Not one single RDM that knew thier place ( NOT MELEE'ING ) ever since... I party as my RDM X_x; Had one yesterday that kept getting behind the mob continuesly. "Get out of the way" "Get away from his butt ><" "Freaking hell MOVE AWAY FROM THE MOBS ASS" They screw up SATA and I just tell em "thanks for saving me the shihei" and let them tank.

Morons -_- I really don't see the point of a melee'ing RDM. "I don't see why I can't melee just because I have the word mage attatched to my job" Um... because you do about 3 dmg.... Build up the mobs TP... neglect your duties... Oh wait this isn't a flame about melee'ing rdm's >_> Someone start one!! :lol: lol

sure i have a melee sub which obviously makes me gimp, but whats even worse is that im like totaly dealing dmg and tankig! omg i should be sooo baned from this game!

All of em say the same. But I've never seen it done =/ That's all I'm saying. 30 some odd parties since lvl 45, all the RDM's melee, they all are shitty.
