Kraken Club: Where's the Love?

I was just browsing ffxiclopedia and was looking into the changes applied. I went to the kraken club page and saw that blue mage is not permitted to use the weapon. What's up with that? Blue mages have higher club skill than some of the other jobs (ex: RDM) permitted to use it. Has anything been mentioned about letting a BLU use it?

So true. I can't wait to continue leveling it....but for now I'm leveling all of the desired melee subs ; ;
/rdm just seems wrong, especially now with magic carrot. That's got to the the equivalent to a cure 3 at my level (44)

Many blu spells are tp based. It would be kinda overpowering. Just to help blus deal with that, I guess pup and cors cant use it either

If a BLU is willing to spend enough BCs or gil to get this item they deserve to be overpowering

Everything in this game is done on chance, so some scrub Blu can get it on the first shot. There is no such thing as "Hard work" in this game.

The BLU would still have to win the BCNM wouldnt he? he couldnt go in AFK and expect a K.Club to appear.

Theres a thing called balance in most games. Its not perfect in this game, but SE does limit some things for good reason.

They already have PLD overpowering IF they have the best gear they can. How many PLDs do you see with that? one? BLU getting quicker TP isn't gonna make BLU better then that
